@@cmoneytheman I tried it a few times , just hoodie top , it really works when I took off the hoodie it was a pool of sweat in the wrist area … l think did like a 20 minute HITT with Apple fitness.. It’s a good investment , especially if you’re consistent with it.

You don’t detox by sweating. What are you talking about?
