Thank you for the nice video.
In my Asus 412F laptop, the notebook works on the battery but doesn't charge when I connect 19V adapter. Socket is good and I measure 19V inside.
No IC is hot and there is no drop in voltage (19V), so I tjink something is open (not short).
Do you have any tips for me?

Dear that WHITE Component is Current resistor, NOT A FUSE... ! & the are called Charging MOSFET NOT ICs. DO NOT TEACH WRONG or Misguide the world... Are you a Real Electronics Techs or just made up neighborhood computer tech???
