It is the worst company they ask u to pay for installation first without even assigning the person to install and then after a month this guy came to install who wasn’t even aware of the installation so he was connected to someone in Bangalore who was trying to speak in Hindi and was guiding him Earlier I was asked to install app and I did what I could this installation took 3.5 hours by the installer😅
DIY is not a culture found with Indians. people here need someone else to do everything for them, rather dont learn new things and try it out themselves.
