This is a new hot-spot in the Dominican Republic! This area is starting to boom with new projects! Caleta, La Romana has had a face-lift at it's beach and boardwalk area and now everyone wants a part of it!!
Bella Mar is a new residence that offers so much! There is a club house with a kids playground, large pool, social area and basketball court! There is 24/7 security and it's just 5 min to the Caleta Beach! Plus, there is so much growth in the area too! There are lots of other residences being built plus a brand new soccer stadium for kids!
