Walking the Streets in El Centro (La Romana, DR)

I take a walk to the rooftop of my hotel. Then head to Parque Duarte in central La Romana.
The park features real-life statues of baseball players in various positions.

Can you please tell me where the girls are in La Romana? What is the beach called?

Is there a reason you need to be in La Romana? if not, I would recommend just go to Bavaro near Punta Cana..which is a short bus trip away.. There are clubs in Bavaro with tourists and locals..if your Spanish is not good that is a better option than a place like La Romana. Or else maybe Boca Chica. I think there are some beach resorts in La Romana but I was never in that area.

A lot of urban areas in the DR are overrun by cars and loud motorcycles, even some beach towns like Las Terrenas.
