How do the water system works on this house?
Hello and good afternoon! Many homes (including this one) have a large water deposit underneath the home as an extra source for water (like a very large underground tank) but the water comes from the city. There are tubes from the city that deliver the water.

So these bars are a very common design. Even if you live in the best neighborhood, it's still common to have these. It's not like in the US when you see bars it means it's a bad neighborhood. It's a cultural design and some people go all out on the design. Now, more recently, designs won't include these on the modern beach front properties etc. It's actually seen as a negative if a city home or non-farm house doesn't have these because it's an additional expense to install for a Dominican or a person who does like them.

No, because this house is already sold! In this neighborhood we have a few more homes that have hit the market and I will be doing videos on them soon! In Don Juan II, La Romana, you will be looking at home prices around $200,000 - $250,000 USD.
