Driving down a dirt road to a wall of barb wire does not seem appealing. Other than that, the house looks nice.

Yes they do. Your tax statements, letter from your job, bank statements and pay stubs.

Did you ever finish the 10 day homes? How much did the land cost for the land?
The 10 day homes are complete. I don't know how much the land was for them, because i was contracted to only build the homes. I wasn't involved in the purchase of the land.
