Yes, they leave it there. I just zipped my wires to the backside of the bracket and make sure everything has electrical tape on it just so we can stay black. It's impossible to slide it under the plastic cover of the roof. So we are left with the wire out like that. But I really don't care. We still have the best truck on the road! If someone doesn't like it don't look at it. It's not that serious.
next version maybe provide all black hardware...much cleaner look imo. Also if you had the wires go thru the bracket with a grommet and the bracket covering the access panel that bolts to the bracket that bolts the the two mounting points with a seal ..it would be much more weather proof. Basically change the bracket and hardware to black then it'll be much better imo.
I think you may be asking questions just to ask them. Water gets in that port all the time. It drains on its own. That cover on the side of the glasses isn't sealed.
Do the wires remain exposed?
Great question. They left us “hanging”.

saw that truck today it looks even better in person.
wait so is that just exposed to having water get in that port? what about the exposed wires? There's so many questions.
I guess they don’t look at the comments.

Thank you for making this video, I love watching all your videos. 🙌🏽
Congratulations for your work!
Do you think the light creates a lot of drag?
Not enough to matter. These trucks are already under the advertise range anyway so what's two or three more miles.
i will be investing
What is the ppf color please? I love this red. It looks like the tesla dark red color?

Very interesting 😊🥰🤣
Would be nice for the video to show the illumination at night.
Nice. What color is the wrap?

Can you name the switch in software?
Is this an aftermarket version or the stock product Tesla designed?
Aftermarket
Sadly my quick release washers weren’t included 🤦🏼♂️
this is great
Now we can be just like the diesel bros.
For the past months you guys just focus on mainly Cybertruck and Model S, can you guys also focus on Model 3/Y little more. Thank you!
There's plenty of stuff on their website for Yesla and M3.... It's Not even close... Let them get ahead of the hype and competition
it was much better in prototype, it was inside.
The prototype always looks better than production.
That's not the Tesla OEM light bar. It's aftermarket. OEM isn't even out yet.
If aftermarket, not factory? Too bad.
