I'm in Arden Arcade and I've been seeing more and more homeless camping around here lately. They get cleaned up, but eventually they start moving back.
I work on Crocker, it's terrible. Our security team catches at least 10 homeless shoplifters a day, they just recover the merchandise and kick them out. Calling the cops is pointless, other businesses don't bother either.
The city ain't come to fix non emergencies and things I've complained and submitted, they take their time. Ppl homeless. Your personal inconvenience isn't a top priority, u wanna complain, come up with a solution to fix it. Entitled mofos
