  • Welcome back to the GTGREG sim racing channel, the channel where I buy a bunch of high end Sim Racing equipment and let you guys know if its worth it
Today we are having a look at the Hybrid Racing Simulation (HRS) GT8-BT wireless steering wheel from hybrid racing systems. But this isn't really a wheel, its an engineering marvel and an art piece. Its absolutely gorgeous.
I started this channel 2 years ago with a review (cough meltdown) when I compared 2 Sparco P310 offerings from both SimCore and Precision Sim engineering. I referred to the SimCore as the Porsche and Precision Sim as the Lamborghini. Both had their strong points. This P310 wheel we have today from HRS my friends it the Bugatti and ill show you why.
Like my OMP SimCore wheel, I have been stalking this one for some time now. I've sent numerous emails to Brett but could never pull the trigger. I finally did and this wheel did not disappoint! Lets jump in and take a closer look

My GT8-USB was delivered today, and it’s a true work of art! Absolutely perfect in every detail. The shifters are really fantastic and feel great. The leather work is so good it’s hard to believe that a human can do such nice work.

Great review as always man. Love these reviews. I know I'll never be able to afford something like this but it gives me great ideas for modding my own Thrustmaster rims to bring them up a notch. Cheers.

Does this wheel connect to the simucube base? Thanks for reviewing this, haven't found a review of hrs wheels anywhere.

If ur talking the sc2, Yes it does, seamlessly 👍🏾. If you are taking simucube1, you will need to add the wheel side module.

@@Leynad778 Impressive 240hz screens, thats what i want as my end game. Although LG C2 seem like a very viable option.

@@GTGREG You had a G9 before, isn't it? Was it worth it?

@@Leynad778 I loved the G9 but the triples are so much more immersive. They are both great though. Immersion is what I'm after without having to use VR.
