This song is about coming to adulthood and going from a shy innocent girl to a grown sexy mature woman. In the video she’s still a young girl [who wears glasses and braces] learning to accept that there’s nothing wrong with being sexy even though their society says you shouldn’t be sexual or embrace being sexy. In typical Hyuna fashion however, she goes above and beyond to show it’s okay to be sexy and be a woman if you want.
