Fun fact, to tell the difference between lightsabers on the set, Samuel L Jackson asked the props guy to carve “Bad Motherfucker” on the hilt of his lightsaber. He still has it at home till this day.

I feel like most people know this but han solos iconic pistol is a modified mauser c96 pistol
It was also iconically used in the movie Joe Kidd, which is a western of all things.

The reason he wasn't invited to the conventions was due to the dispute that he wasn't put under the mask in return of the Jedi when Luke takes a mask off. Because of that he got into argument with George and bad mouthed the films and publicly after that so he wasn't invited to events etc.

the last fact is funny because Prowse was, in fact, forgotten. He is the last of the three actors people think of when they think of the OG Darth Vader since George Lucas thought his voice was too high pitched and used James Earl Jones instead. He also wasn't used as the actor when Vader's helmet is removed. He's only the tall man in the suit. If you want a good laugh watch clips of the OG scenes where Prowse's voice is used and it totally takes you out of the action.
