Family comes first. We appreciate you thinking of us and keeping us updated. And maybe this is just because I'm a PNWer, but Alaska scenery > Arizona scenery. 🙂
@jenniferarmstrong7722 WOOOOOW! Hello! Yours is beautiful country! But also perilous 😅 I have been to North Pole.... about 30 years ago. Haha! We did a road trip from Phoenix, AZ, to Prudhoe Bay, AK. We explored everywhere. I remember intending to send a letter to North Pole when I got home, but I don't think I ever did 😬
Wouldn't blame you if you decided to stay up there, it's stunningly beautiful!!! Hope all is well and whenever you can get back to things is fine with me, family always comes first.
I am working on the family stuff, but I am also considering doing some video stuff if I get more free time. I mean.... when will I have another opportunity like this to film at a glacier?
You are very welcome! Yeah, it's stunning. Every day, I drive through an area where there are huge mountains and glaciers in every direction. If I have more freetime, I think I'll film a video or two up here and post them. Gotta think of some good topics for this setting.
@Nyet-Zdyes It's MUCH cooler, here. In fact, I wish I had brought my rain coat. When we first got here, we were working in the rain a lot. I'm borrowing one, but it's not as comfy as the one I left back in the desert 🤦🏻♀️
I had to watch it twice, since the first time all could hear was "and we'll just get our fan brush, and put a happy little tree right here... and look here, he's got a friend..."
Yeah. But also very remote. But now I will have access to cell service more frequently, so I should be able to check here more regularly. Maybe upload some stuff, here and there.
@@TheSwordAndThePenREFLECTIONS I feel like it would be appropriately meta to watch it while yer up there. Its an awesome show :) There's an episode where they do a really good job of representing the peace that a person gets when they get out of the city and into unspoiled nature
@@TheSwordAndThePenREFLECTIONS Maybe a poor choice of words on my part. It was said with affection, as I count myself as a book "geek" 🙂Should have said "We'll still be here when you get back"
What a view!
@@GingerBeardedGeek This area is gorgeous! glaciers in every direction. And great reception 😋

@X525Crossfire No offense is taken from me. I think Alaskan scenery is better, too 😅 They have mkre water features 🤪
Pretty scenery!
Gorgeous scenery! 🤩
Hello from North Pole! 👋 Sending you and your family prayers. Family always comes first we will all be here when you are back. ❤
@@jenniferarmstrong7722 Wait... are you saying you are in North Pole, Alaska?
@@TheSwordAndThePenREFLECTIONS yes!! Born and raised. We'll I spent a chunk of my childhood on Chena Hot Springs Road. Lol Hello fellow Alaskan!!

And fantastic scenery. I think I hear the horn of Gondor in the background, so watch out for Uruks.
@@saviourself687 Haha! Don't you mean the Horn of Valere? 😋 Funnily enough, some of the areas I'm in look a LOT like the mountain ranges in LOTR.

One day I've got to get that Alaskan cruise sorted out that I've been planning to do, wow, for the last 10 years. That view is amazing.
@@Marwolaeth01 I know lots of people here. If you do come, let me know, and I'll tell you all the best places to visit.
Doing a livestream from the Alaskan wilderness would be epic

It’s ok. We understand. Take care of yourself and family

Man, beautiful desert mountains or beautiful snowy mountains, hard to choose.
@@RndmBad I choose snowy mountains every time. But nothing beats a Sankran Desert sunset or monsoon.

Watch for bears over here.
Seen one already. Beautiful black bear. I whistled in his direction and he walked off, disinterested. 😅 Typical bear at a distance.
