I wonder how many online players are on PS4. And If ps5 players can play together with ps4 players.. Since this game does not have crossplay, It makes me fear I spent 50€ on a videogame that I won't be able to play online matches along 2 years at minimum. On steam charts, PC players are not much around the world playing right now. I live in China, so I get matches with chinese, japanese & korean people more on games such as Guilty gear strive or KOFXV, so I know japanese players play more on Playstation rather than on PC. That is good news If you play on Playstation, I do play on ps4, so I am concerned If ps4 players can play online matches with ps5 players. If so, I would really consider buying this delicious game, since I really love Under Night InBirth games.
It depends on where you live, your region. I can always find someone playing UNI2 or Melty Blood Type Lumina here in Japan, but it might have turned into a discordfighter depending on where you live.
