I hear the pump and heater are pretty outstanding. I'd probably go with my same old pair of basins. One with soap. One with rinse water. I've already got a dishwashing station. What I don't have is on-demand hot water for dishes and showers. Beats heating up water on the Coleman for dishes and sponge baths. I never used to consider it a huge inconvenience to just heat up water the old-fashioned way for dishes. Just another activity when you're off-grid. But if you want a woman along, hot showers really help, and they do save a lot of labor.
Currently running three units in a mineral exploration camp up to 12 persons ' the shower head switch mechanism will eventually fail and in the event of rain the battery compartment will get water in it and short the batteries . All in all rate this product as almost fool proof

@Joolca yep righto will do , and yes I know they're not waterproof but we still tested the limits , including highly mineralised water, 160 days used

Hey there, we don't recommend using the HOTTAP as your source of potable water. You can use it for cleaning and washing dishes though!
