Unfortunately not… Although you can work around this by putting the car in low gear and shifting it using the plus and minus button. Not the best, but really the easiest way to work around it.
You're right there are work arounds like bump shifting it when you're stopped. Personally, I think Chevy should've included a button like every other car manufacturer to make it simpler to turn off. 🤷♂️
Absolutely but if you put it all the way back like your going to manually shift it and then press the upshift button to the final gear it will stay out of auto stop and will shift like normal
