Artifact of the Week 20240802 - NOAC GEO

For more than 30 years, the history of the Order of the Arrow has been on display during the National OA Conference. In 2012, the exhibits got an upgrade and became the Goodman-Edson Observation or GEO. If you aren’t familiar with the GEO, don’t feel bad, many Scouts and Scouters are not. This week, we talk with Bradley Taylor and Karsten Smith to learn about the history of the GEO, how it all comes together, and find out what they think the top three can’t-miss displays are. You can learn more about the history of the Order of the Arrow when you visit the National Scouting Museum at Philmont Scout Ranch.
