I stopped watching New Jersey this season. Has nothing to do with them not filming together, just sick of theses women and their families fighting.
Bravo lets Teresa and Melissa not film together, but has to shove Tom Sandoval down Ariana’s throat every chance they get.
You can’t understand why a RHW franchise can get away with not filming together and not vanderpump? Bigger cast with more storylines going at once would make it easy for them to not film together, a good lawyer could contractually get what you want if bravo really wanted you on the show. Theresa is probably not the one they want to let go of so they will give her what she wants if she has a good entertainment lawyer. Vanderpump are all supposed to be one group of friends that do everything together. Or at least that is my best guess. 🤷🏼♀️

It seems like the shows are always better in the first years until the producers over do it and it ruins the show. Happened with the Bachelor franchise, and Dancing with the Stars, and the Housewives. It's a bummer.

Before the VPR season started all we heard was Ariana was being unreasonable about the house, when the reality is it’s Tom that’s being difficult about the house.
Ariana has used the cheating incident to become a real monster. She and Tom both suck - as does Rachel. Birds of a feather.
@@mattier.9095 I have to agree. In fairness though, I allow a bit of time for people to be assholes when it comes to separation. We all have been there. It is emotional and very tense to go through. Add infidelity, oh boy. But I agree, they take it out on Tom so much that I feel sick. There are three people involved, because Ariana knew their relationship was shit. Therefor their separation would be shit, and she took this too far. As an adult, we all should take this as a horror example on all three person’s actions.
After what feels like decades of watching housewives I think I’m over the whole franchise. Find myself gravitating towards Summer house, Winter house, VPR, and southern charm.
You should defiantly have this guy on again he was hella insightful great content. Videos like this make youtube. Very smart lawyer.

It’s difficult hearing anything involving Vanderpump or Rachel cause Heather is so biased towards her friendship with Lala and the crew.
She actually has Ariana’s side on all things- Lala had Heather on her podcast & Heather constantly throughout the podcast defended Ari - while Lala just kept goijg in on her. Heather spends a lot of time with the crew - & I think she kind of sees it for what it is.

Exactly, and from a legal standpoint, that claim in no way negates her own personal responsibility for her actions. Age is most definitely a factor in determination of grooming, for those of us with multiple of actual degrees who did educate ourselves. From an ethical standpoint, adults naturally own their own personal responsibility for their actions, while those of adult age who still think and behave like adolescents, spend their lives trying to place their own responsibility onto others.

Scumdaval lies per usual and took advantage of the fact that Arianna is following the attorneys advice and not speaking on it. As always, Tom puts out his false information and tries to twist everything and his fans couldn't buy it fast enough.
As a paralegal, he’s very good at explaining the law.
I care alot about Jennifer and Teresa using social media bloggers to put out stories that they could then comment on during the show. Think back to all the stories where those 2 have heard things and then talked about them...did they use the bloggers to put out that Evan cheated on Jackie? That Melissa cheated on Joe? This is a huge story and dont know why it is not more of a scandal. I dont care how historic a table flip was if she is this dirty. This is dirty for both of them.

Dude people are so blind. Margaret and Melissa have been doing this for YEARS, as have many other housewives across many other franchises. Margaret throws parties and invites all bloggers/influencers and RUclipsrs every season before the show so she can try and control the narrative. And it's already been proven that they had fake burner accounts that they used to bait Jennifer Aydin into being exposed with the whole blogger thing. They all do it, it's just certain people get a pass and don't care about it based on who the person is. When Jen Aydin and Teresa supposedly do it, it's the end of the world and people want their heads for it. I read all of the screenshots, and all they did was ask bloggers to send them clips or screenshots of other people talking negatively about them, or if anything incriminating pops up about another cast member...which is not even that big of a deal.
Tom seemed to play up how much he cared about Ratchel this season. He wants people to feel sorry for him. I think I remember him denying saying he loved her in one of the last scenes in her apartment … they are both untrustworthy humans. Blech.

Dana Wilkey had the woman on her podcast and she tells the whole story about how she got sucked into it bc she was a Fangirl of Teresa’s and she felt important and had a lot of power. Then she realized she became almost sinister trying to dig up dirt on Teresa’s enemies family, husbands etc for the sake of a story line for Teresa to bring up on screen.
That is exactly what I said here. She has been on several shows

It's pretty crappy that Rachel is trying to sue Ariana when she herself was the problem in the situation by cheating with her friends man. I'm guessing just about anyone who finds out their partner is cheating would show evidence to their friends. It's such a shocking thing to find in the moment, like she's not going to look for support via her friends. I really hate when the perpetrators act like the victim! I could see her suing Tom for taping her w/out her knowledge, but did she think he was an upstanding person ? Maybe she learned her lesson not to do something like that if you don't want it getting out. Probably not.
I went through something very similar in my youth but I was married with a shared home and business. The woman involved still defends her position as a victim and her friends and family seem to believe her. At the time I felt like I was going to die. I've certainly moved on, married again with 2 grown children but this was a hard lesson to learn.

My son is soon to graduate from law school even though I begged him not to be a lawyer. Ugh.
My husbands mom begged him to not become a healthcare worker but I literally would have never met him if he hadn’t ( I also work in healthcare)! Maybe bigger plans beyond being a lawyer!
Why? A law degree has provided me with a wonderful life. I have one son who is following in those footsteps, and I am thrilled because I know he will always have career options.

My personal opinion about Teresa and Jen Aydin is that people pick and choose when they wanna be outraged. Housewives have been with bloggers for several years across almost all the franchises, because that is what the show has become... and as Bethenny always says its a zero sum game because you're either winning or losing, so you either go after someone or someone else is coming after you. Margaret throws parties every year before the premiere and invites all housewife bloggers, influencers and RUclipsrs so she can make nice with them and try and control the narrative-how is that any different? Potomac does it, Salt Lake City does it, Atlanta has done it, Beverly Hills has done it...and its actually been shown on camera as storyline. How is that any different than Teresa and Jen Aydin? The work environment forces them to kill or be killed, and so I fault no one for trying to get ahead of things and research and defend themselves when they've been screwed over and attacked with narratives in the past.

The gowns for the Met Gala were gorgeous. Its worth replaying Vogues live RUclips red carpet because everyone walks up a long broad staircase which encouraged stunning trains. The formal hair styles are also very polished and pretty. Its probably the sweetest fashion show ever. No outrageous "costumes". Delighted to hear Heather's son's speech made her happy.
The chandelier dress was it for me. I don't need to see gala fashion for the rest of my life 😂😂

A security guard was shot and seriously injured outside Canadian rap star Drake's mega-mansion in Toronto early Tuesday, police say.
The entrance to the sprawling property on Park Lane Circle in the ritzy Bridle Path neighbourhood was taped off by officers and there was a heavy police presence in the area throughout the morning.
The shooting happened shortly after 2 a.m. ET, Toronto police Insp. Paul Krawczyk told media at the scene.

Krawczyk couldn't say whether Drake, whose real name is Aubrey Graham, was home at the time. But he said police are in contact with the rapper's team and they are co-operating with the investigation.
"Information is very limited at this time," Krawczyk said.
A police source previously told CBC News initial reports suggest it was a drive-by shooting. The security guard suffered a gunshot wound to the upper chest and was unconscious when officers arrived, the source said. He was taken to hospital, where he underwent surgery, according to the source.
Krawczyk would not confirm if the shooting was a drive-by, but did say a vehicle was involved.

The only aspect of ratchets little home movie that influenced opinions was the fact that Ariana discovered the affair by literally witnessing them in a sex act! At 30:00, Heather questioning how, when, etc Rachel came forward is the classic response of not believing someone when they do come forward. Being subjected to an ongoing hostile environment causes extreme stress. Nothing is logical and people process the issues and stressors differently. This is why from the outside looking in, people second-guess and criticize people who come forward, too readily and too easily, which is wrong because that contributes to the attitudes and environment that keeps people silent and perpetrators in business.

Yes, what Racheal did was horrible but we don’t know what Tom was telling her. Also, no women has been publicly humiliated on this level since Hester Prynne. The way Racheal was treated at the reunion alone was more than any person could survive mentally intact. They even told her to die! Also , before the scandal, many cast members said Racheal was not playing with a full deck, after the scandal, they all said she should have know better. I don’t like cheaters but if I were Racheal, I would tie everyone up in court , including Bravo as long as I could afford to pay my lawyers.

Yes, there are consequences and people's reactions for one's own horrific behavior. It is called life, especially adulthood. There is no legal liability for that.
No drake is a sneaky snake and not just to Kendrick but many other ppl in the industry he messes with there females and then has beef with them this has been happening for years. Drake is saying Kendrick hits his gf and Kendrick says that Drake likes younger girls (but the internet has been talking about that for years there are receipts on ig and TikTok).

A police source previously told CBC News initial reports suggest it was a drive-by shooting. The security guard suffered a gunshot wound to the upper chest and was unconscious when officers arrived, the source said. He was taken to hospital, where he underwent surgery, according to the source.
