I tried this recipe. Initially I was apprehensive of the taste of this recipe, since we don't use any soar ingredient ( Tamarind etc)
But to my surprise, taste turned out soo good. To the extent that my fussy toddler 1.5yr old also enjoyed it. It became an instant hit in my family.
Thanks a lot for this wonderful recipe madam. !!

Thank you mam... I had asked you about this... Thanks for remembering... Instead of green chilly I tried with seeds of dry red chilly and a few drops of lemon juice and a small pinch of asafoetida paste and blended with fresh white coconut and salt... Result was excellent... I'm very fond of food hence I keep trying different things... Thanks again

I agree with Renaissance Woman. For better taste and colour yoghurt or buttermilk is the best since tamarind or sour component is not added to this chutney.

    Hello Geeta ji,
I have A small tip, instead of using milk to retain the white colour of the chutney, add a few cashewnuts while grinding the coconut, the colour will re main white, the chutney will have A lovely texture, and will taste wonderful. Pls do try.
