Jet and Fazley guitars are made in the same factory. Jet used to manufacture guitars for Fazley, resulting in the two brands producing nearly identical instruments, differing mainly in the branding on the headstock.
You could probably upgrade the body with a CNC made ash body. That neck looks like it'll fit. And you can use all the other parts, also. Then just toss or set aside the orginal.
Cool vid, I think with these as with with a lot of suppliers including Harley Benton its a bit of a lottery what you get when you get them new, it seems you got a good one. I picked a Fazley strat up off marketplace cheep that was a shed to do up and flip, it turned out quite nice, good smooth neck just needed cleaning and setting up really, I ended up donating to a friend at work for his 8 year old Grandaughter as she is taking lessons at school, great cheep guitar to make a start on and she loves it, I put her name on it at the bottom near the bridge in those gold letter stickers you get from poundland she thought it was ace..ha ha😊

I think you are right... this one is so much better than the one I reviewed a few months back. The neck is so different and much better materials.
