That was really fun to play. Especially: Lawbringer with Aramusha swords, Jiang Jun with Warlord weapons, Shaman with Conqueror weapons, Ocelotl with Shugoki weapons, Peacekeeper with Raider axe, Black Prior with Kyoshin katana, Raider with Gladiator weapons, Highlander with Centurion weapon. April fools from 2021 is still the best, but this one was really good and funny.
The core game is still gold, and while Ubisoft's delivery on this game is downright pathetic at this point, they enjoy the protection of a patent that still has 2 more years to go. I'm counting the days until it expires and we finally get some alternatives to For Honor, hopefully run by someone who prioritizes thrill and fun over being "e-sport ready". Patents applied to games are a poison.
i love how this also includes the campaigh, so yea you will see the knights, with viking weapons, fighting wu lin faction but with them also using viking weapons or the ebst yet, fighting the kensei at the end of the viking campaigh, except it's nto a kensei anymore, it's a pirate-
I never realised until this event how much i needed some knights with proper hyperarmor and axes (male raider and female berserk dressed as wardens) and nobushi in warmonger armor looks cool too. There are more swaps with some fashion potential, but those are my favorite.
i agree, the warlord skin on the warden fight style is actually very fitting to it, i would love so much to have a warlord like armor set for the warden or, even better, the highlander (for me,the best mix up we could do on a hero if one day we could create our own character would be a character with highlander head, a warlord iron chest armor and one of the berserker iron gauntlets with the highlander fight style)
