    Ive noticed with the cable seated ham curl its almost impossible to keep your low back on the pad with anything over 90lbs. i have to sling the frist rep down adn then set myself and my low back slowly comes off no matter how i press into the handles

    Great video as always... What's your opinion on working seated individual legs then working them together... Suggestion..You can suggest people carry wide car tie down straps when then want to create their own seatbelt like I do.. Seatbelts do make a major difference 💪👍 ( Suggestion on video...Targeted Midline and Upper Chest Killing Workout)

    what do you do when you only feel it in one leg vs in both. I have a problem where I can only feel it in my right leg however both my legs are facing the same position.
