To get in the festive spirit, I am making homemade gingerbread cookies and white chocolate pistachios cranberry fudge for neighbors. I just decorated my tree last week with red bows, green ball ornaments and gold star ornaments. I love Christmas time and all things christmasy.

Not sure about cozy but since I still live at home and me and my mum don't really give gifts anymore (just 1 or 2 little things) we wrap up Xmas themed DVDs and put them under the tree (UNLABLED) and then we pick one at random on the run up to Xmas to watch together over the festive season ❤
I don't find it minimalistic at all. To me that brings visions of cold and sterile (the beige girls, lol). Your home is tasteful, festive and warm. Absolutely love your choices, each is intentioned not filler. It's lovely. Your style feels elevated and I'm so relieved to see something not gray and beige. Sure you have some basics we have been seeing a lot of from Target and such but you definitely have your own touch and it's warm festive coziness. Beautifully done.
Your home looks lovely. I like the two alpine trees and pillow in the bedroom. I've noticed for a while now that you're adding more and more to your home do you still consider yourself minimalist? By the way you and Joshua Becker are the ones who started my minimalist journey. Thank you so much for that I love living with so much less! I've nearly went extreme but husband keeps that from happening!
So I feel like I’m somewhere in between? I still am really big on simplifying, my life, decluttering regularly, etc. and there are a lot of areas in my life where I am still quite minimal! But I do feel like I’ve reached a point where I am comfortable with having a bit more in different areas. 🫶🫶
I know you said you were going to use it over the microwave and baby isn’t born yet but just wanted to make you aware that stocking holders are considered dangerous with children because of the risk of them pulling them down. I know someone whose toddler had a severe head injury from one. Not sure I’d hang it over your head either though. Just something to think about! Love the video! ❤
For what it’s worth, I didn’t end up using the stocking holder to hang up the wreath. I tried, but the space was too narrow for it. So ended up finding another solution 🫶

I love decorating the tree with my kids while listening to Christmas music. Also love getting a cup of hot chocolate to sip on too:)
