As an ex owner of a 1986 19 ft bunkhouse model I can attest to the quality and durability of the Bigfoot brand . Purchased new in 1986 for $14,700 CDN .It was considerably more expensive than other brands of that year but your resale value holds up well . Sold it in 2011 for $14,000 . Not bad depreciation after 24 years of rving. Never any water leaks ,easy to clean and minimal reseal work needed through its whole life . Only appliance to quit was the Dometic fridge after 17 years. Put on thousands of miles (wore out three sets of tires ,one set of brakes and one set of suspension hardware) typical maintenance items. Just a great Made in Canada product. 🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦
Hey guys, good to see you doing another video. Great coverage of these two Bigfoot RV's. I was not aware BF was making a 21 footer. My wife has been eyeing the NuCamp Tab 400 to town behind my truck with the Four Wheel Camper on it but I am going to have to add these to my list to look at this winter.
Molded clamshell Fibreglass trailers n campers rule imo. That new bigfoot trailer floor plan really impressed me 😲 the amount of cabinetry everywhere is very well done. And I love the amount of windows. N having a front window in a trailer i always had to have. It has my favourite trailer steps too, aluminum n folding 👍🏼. Hate those one piece steps that go inside 😖. That 2023 is nice to but that 2025 is definitely my favourite. 🍻
Hey Todd and Carla, I just wanted you to know that we purchased the 2023, 25 ft Bigfoot in this video today at Southland RV. This is the 2nd time we have bought a trailer you had on your RUclips channel! The first one was in 2019 when we bought the 17.5 Bigfoot that you showed from an RV show. Thanks for sharing your fantastic videos and leading us to the trailer i have always wanted!!!
@donnascheviour5647 that is amazing. We really appreciate you letting us know because we would not know otherwise. We knew It was a beautiful camper that someone would appreciate, and we loved that it had the skylight in the bathroom and many other nice features. I'm sure you will love it! I know you live close by, maybe someday we will run into you while camping. Safe travels and we hope you really enjoy your new to you Bigfoot!
Tell me about it. Something has to be done about these ridiculous prices in the US. I feel like this thing isn't worth more than 25k. No Tv, no generator already installed. Dometic fridge that's take a year to cool off. Many manufacturers are moving to the new efficient 12 volt compressor fridges. Not even any solar. Over in Europe, they're selling brand new class C modern motorhomes for 60-70k. I feel like us Americans are constantly getting molested with no Vaseline
We were going to come check out the 21, but had to cancel. Still plan to in a few weeks if they still have it. I think we like the rear bed 21 better. Thanks guys!
Thought you bought another! Bigfoot should give you a great deal on a new one with all the advertising you give them. Always glad to see another video!!
"Thank you" Todd & Carla ..... You both do an "excellent" job showing off all the features, and options in these Big Foot campers .... One can definitely see the QUALITY that the manufacture puts into their products .... I have looked at hundreds of campers of all types/sizes, but I must say, Big Foot is definitely in the TOP 5 !!! Question.... (as I am sure your other viewers are also curious about), ... Are you guys gonna take the leap into a 2025 model .. ???? 🤔🤔
Hey Todd and Carla, Dave wanted me to ask you what kind of weight distribution system you put on your 25 ft Bigfoot. Also, do you know what size TV you can fit in the dinette area? We don’t watch TV when camping, but when we bring our grandkids it’s the best thing to get them to sleep at night.
@donnasceviour5647 we bought a 24” ONN smart TV from Walmart for $99. It fits well in the dinette area and works great so far. This is Carla, I’ll have Todd get back to you on the weight distribution hitch that came on ours.
Love your video! Bigfoot is high quality! Wish they would consider a bunk model in this size and the 25. On your 25 are the dump valves heated and grey and black tanks?
Just got the build sheet and pricing for the 23 from Ryan on Friday. Also got build sheet and pricing for a 2025 25RT coming in December . Seems it’s going to be there show model for Atlanta RV show . We will probably order a 25 with options we want . Hear new options are available on the 2025 models . What options would you order if ordering new ? Keep up the great videos.
I'm ordering mine this week! FYI, Bigfoot has an option for the Truma Aventa AC & Truma Combi comfort heating system, haven't made my mind up, but favoring the Truma system over traditional separate heater & hot water. I might ax the skylight so there's more room for solar panels. I'm also going with the twin, and converting it into a queen bed, more like Bigfoots layout of East to West, this way I get both outside compartments. Although the space under the bed works out to be very similar to Todd & Carla's RK Bigfoot conversion. I'm planning on using that dead space under bed for the inverter and batteries!! I'm hoping if I remove the draw or draws under the twin bed, the opening will accommodate 2 48 volt server batteries! I'm also having Bigfoot hinge the bathroom door so it opens toward the kitchen, which expands the bedroom while getting dressed, if you leave the door open. I'd love to hear your thought's on your Bigfoot build, what say you!
@ No skylight in living area extra fan instead , reverse door swing , Truma aqua go water heater , 12 volt fridge, some solar and lithium batteries, Houghton A/C , twin beds. I think they also offer LED lighting upgrade , front storage box . Maybe other upgrades
@@cwtex59 Sounds sweet, I'm hoping the Truma Combi system & Truma AC will work of the same thermostat, but haven't got an answer yet! That skylight is nice, but like you said a fan is the way to go, especially if you're planning solar on the roof, and traveling in hotter areas. FYI, there's a hidden shelf behind the propane tanks, underneath. It looks like the perfect spot for small gas/diesel cans or even a large 400 AH battery. I'm also going with a 12 volt fridge, but not certain what brand name Bigfoot uses! I'm a full days drive from the closest dealer, and going to Canada from New England to take a good look at a 25 footer, and the exchange rate is very favorable, saving thousands on the unit! Anyways, good luck with your new trailer!!
@@frogzilla9186 Definitely go with the Truma hot water and heating system. I have the Truma Aquago on demand hot water heater and Truma furnace in my Four Wheel Camper and has a long time RV'er, they are a game changer compared to the old standard hot water heaters and furnaces. There is no comparison between them, go Truma!
Was that a hot water heater bypass accessible via one of the external storage hatches? If so, that's pretty cool. Also, Todd, please don't be so quick to interrupt and talk over Carla...
The only thing holding this back is the uncomfortable 1950’s diner booth dinette😩a great couple’s camper needs a comfortable sofa or theater seating for cold rainy days and nights👍
Shame that in 2025 they are still using non four season glass windows, cheap shades, cheap cabinetry; Looks like a 10 yr old RV. This is disappointing with all the new double pane windows, combo sliding shade/bed screen/privacy screens, etc. in many new RV's.
when you have to talk about "upgraded newer steps" .. you know you're talking about a piece of garbage trailer.. oh crap.. now they're talking about the coat hanger amenities.. 😂 🤣.. something you can install yourself for $5.. are these sales people actually serious, or is this some parody?

Wow, they improve their storage every year. Impressive! Thanks for sharing it.
Yeah, these Bigfoots are pretty well thought out. Thanks for watching and commenting!
Love the Bigfoot brand ! Good quality trailer and campers ! Nice walk around . Safe travels !
AMO A CARLA... 😍 SALUDOS DESDE MATURIN, VENEZUELA.

Great tour! very helpful.. I really like anything made by Bigfoot.
WAIT! You are going to start on the inside!??

I like the Home Depot el cheapo door to the bathroom. 😊
As always thanks for the video and congratulation on being in Truck Camper magazine again .
I like this one, though $60,000 to $70,000 just seem NUTS...

It's fiberglass not crap wood frame and tin siding.
No queen bed in a 21 ft., that makes it no good for long trips, 54inch is just too cramped. Got to have a 60x80 inch bed.
@@ssmrmgb You can buy one of those, for between 13k and 22k... New... Go back and look at lance prices in 2020... Then price them today...
@@endofsociety I don't agree with the 25k, 35 to 45 on the high end.
Thank you for the VOD. 🥃🥃

If a person doesn't want to spend a lot of money on an Airstream, the Big Foot is a very good second choice. They are nice.

What is the dry weight?
Nice RV , but at the price it should last for many many years,
Tried to order one but we wanted too many custom mods for factory (only what others had ordered though). Factory rejected order. Ended up with used.

You can opt for theater seating instead of table!

4,500 pounds dry and unloaded is on the edge of a half ton truck’s ability IMO.
I love it but not for 60 or 70 thou.
No room for trash can in kitchen under sink. No space to store sink cover
