This is a beautiful vehicle! It’s hard to say that cars are really BETTER in modern times. What doesn’t this car off? Power everything. Spacious. No center tunnel. Sunroof. I mean I could go on and on. I need it in my life. How much?!!
Ain't nothing like a 70s lincoln, love it! that one has got alot of options too, and call me crazy but I like seeing the cloth type seats in these older luxury cars, more comfortable than my recliner for sure
I drove both a MarkIV and a MARK V. Would take the 1976 any day. The 76 was more solid, smooth over expansion joints in the highway. The Mark V, you could fell every expansion joint. Get up to the Mark VII, with the air ride suspension, and you felt like you were riding on air. But, all older 2 door cars, with the smaller parking spots of today, are hard to get out of.
I still have the quadrasonic 8-track radio with the demo tape that came with it. If you played a regular 8-track, you had to fade it to the front or back, as it played 2 tracks at the same time.
This is the Cartier edition Mk V. 5mph bumpers. Moonroof is glass. Sunroof is steel.
A real 78 Lincoln MARK V real Personal luxury back in the day I was 8 yrs old at the time Jock Ewing car
There's a BUILD SHEET hidden under the bottom back seat which will tell you how many of these were made with those options, colors, etc. You just have to pull out the bottom cushion to find it.
This thing make me remember the USA TV series like Kojak, Columbus, Harry-O, Canon and more!
@@Solitaryman70 Yes! Im getting old lol lol lol
@@Solitaryman70 You bet! Im 61, as a matter a fact Im already old! lol lol
Absolutely, beautiful!
Wow A JEWEL 💎
❤BEAUTIFUL MARK V❤
Look at that interior. It’s like riding on lazy-boys. Unreal.
Remarkable condition. Interesting that it did not have the illuminated entry given how well equipped the car is otherwise.
BTW - All Mark Vs have four wheel disc brakes standard. Rear discs were optional in the Coupe & 4 door Continentals/Town Cars/Coupes. Sure Track was optional on all these.
I love the collaboration with Cartier!
What a beauty oh Boy...❤
Greetings from 🇨🇭
The bordeaux red handles and stripes inside match the Cartier style.
Did not know these were around.
Wowwwww!!!!! ❤❤❤
Jock Ewing's car.
You said there was nothing keeped in the trunk......I believe Jimmy Hoffa was in there at one time...😅
Jimmy Hoffa disapeared in 1975. 😎
