As if grinding out a ton of volume of threshold work is a world changing idea. I hate how everyone craps on letsrun on the messageboards...bunch of clowns if you ask me. You guys RULE!

I wonder what these guys are on that cause them to lose their hair at such an early age. As someone who's in his early 40s still with a full thick head of hair, it boggles my mind. They shouldn't be losing their hair in their early 20s, it's crazy. They should get better....."doctors", LOL
