Dang...might be the most genuine, willing interview I've ever seen an athlete give. BIG PROPS to you BIG JON, this is the exact kind of coverage real fans of the sport want to see. And big props to Woody too, for being forthcoming and a nice enough guy to share what's been going on. Can't stand how people try to keep their "Secret Training" "Top Secret". As if grinding out a ton of volume of threshold work is a world changing idea. I hate how everyone craps on letsrun on the messageboards...bunch of clowns if you ask me. You guys RULE!

I was scrolling down to "comments" to say the exact same things. But you already said it, so just a big thumbs up here. Great job Woody and letsrun!

Well said! And I 100% agree with your take re messageboards - several same guys are constantly talking down LetsRun crew (not sure why they're even coming to the site?!) Anyway, great interview! I've always been a big fun of Woody Kincaid!

Props to Ritz cheering for Woody too (and getting the 3k AR with his athlete Yared). So glad my favorite runner is transitioning into a successful coaching career.

His last 200 meters was so friggin' fast. I thought he was dead and buried with a lap to go...was I ever wrong.

Interesting him saying “as long as I can see light I will go” and Joe spoke about how close he was to ball king out. These guys have so much mental tenacity that blacking out is the only thing that will stop them.

I wonder what these guys are on that cause them to lose their hair at such an early age. As someone who's in his early 40s still with a full thick head of hair, it boggles my mind. They shouldn't be losing their hair in their early 20s, it's crazy. They should get better....."doctors", LOL

I saw you saying a similar thing on another video. What's your obsession with trolling about hair loss? I know you're not dumb enough to believe what you're saying, so you must be a troll
