That key change at the end always makes my spine tingle. It reminds of a battle, a lost cause by all rights, and a hand full of heathens knowing full well they are cooked, determined to spill every last drop of blood.
I saw them at Mayhem this year in California...Those dudes were LOUD. The only band that I've ever heard that was louder was Motorhead at the Gibson.

This is the song that got me into Amon Amarth. The first one I heard was the pursuit of vikings and I didn't like it at all, but then a friend made me listen to THIS. By Odin's beard, this is so fucking awesome. Just like Johan's beard.

I still go back to the fact that I hated rock music with a passion before I started listening to Amon, these guys are really legit in a world of fakes. I have always been hard core fan of music in general, but I excluded rock and country from my list. Living here in Seattle I had been force fed to much "Nirvana" "Metalica" "Alice A Chains" and "Pearl Jam" and it had made me sick of rock. But then I was introduced to Amon Amarth ...........
