DEAD Playstation 4 - (PS4) No power [REPAIR]

My son got a Sony Playstation 4 from someone that was doing a house clearance. He tried plugging it in, but it was totally dead.
He asked if I could take a look at it and see if I could repair it, let's take it apart and diagnose the problem and hopefully get it working again.
