Love those 5 baits Hank. I agree Topwater is the deal!! I also throw a jig in laydowns in certain situations. It seems to get bit more for me and it catches the bigger fish for me.

My go too topwaters are tekel kicknockers and the evergreen JT-95. I have caught so many bass over 5 pounds on both of those lures and even an 8.6 on the kicknocker 🤯. Does Technology really make you a better fisherman or does it make it easy to fish I’m old school I don’t even use any electronics at all. I depend on understanding how Fish in the ecosystem works. I do love your selection on baits excellent choices
What if your understanding of fish in the echo system is wrong? You don’t have proof until you can see it. There are lots that we thought we knew we didn’t have right AT ALL.
