The spring is exactly the same, so the ride is exactly the same. I do think it feels less like I was sliding forward out of the seat. I like the way it looks - - a little less ridiculously high and less 1970 muscle car rake. I would take another inch or two out of both the front and back if there is an easy way.
The factory Ford U-bolts are “torque to yield bolts”. They are considered to be a one time use bolt. They tend to break if reused. Not supposed to be reused. Best of luck.

@@Baxsie Thinking about doing the block removal with a Ford 1.5" drop shackle. Just wondering if driveshaft shims are needed at that point
