Hi Julie I came over from Amber's Channel this Southern girl can because of the breast cancer awareness wreath I think it is so beautiful I am a two x Survivor and making everyday as hopeful and positive as possible. I had a double mastectomy in September 2018 and I am doing well. I just wanted to let you know that I would like to make one of these wreaths. In LOVE with the burlap ribbon... but do not have a bow maker. Can you show us how to do something like this without the bow maker? Not sure what the measurements should look like.

That bow maker board thing is kinda if you ask me a direct take mash up of fbr original bow maker from the 70’s my mom had one . This is the same idea. It’s cool for sure but really one wouldn’t say she made this idea up before anyone else. Someone made a video on a poinsettia wreath and said her friend “invented “ the style of the mesh for the petals , well again folks lol I hate to be the bubble burster but my grandma made the same wreath back in the 70’s with lace and she even made one out of old school punch cards for a clock timer. Which was how people were paid back in the day. I hope I didn’t come off as rude I certainly do not mean that. Happy bowing !
