- I am really proud of this piece. I think it looks so much like traditional watercolor on paper and has a really cool feel.
My absolute favorite thing to draw and paint of course, Frankenstein's monsters.

There's no way a sketch is that good😨!
the first sketch was something that I did in my sketchbook. I thought it would be a really cool with watercolor-y paint. 🧡 There's a time-lapse over on my RUclips Shorts channel!
There she is!! Nice to see you, love what you're doing here. Love the expression.
I know, it's been a hot minute. End of July had a wedding and some serious burn out. 🧡 Glad you like this piece. I am SOOO proud of it.
@@MCollingsArt , it's gorgeous! By the way, I love your brushes. They're a game-changer.
@@Raven5563 I'm so glad they work so well for you!
Love this artwork! I have a question, I know many RUclips artists use OBS Studios to record their timelapse but requires more editing. I use the Clip Studio Paint timelapse feature which is more convenient and doesn’t require editing to speed up, but when I export it it comes out in low resolution.. the video isn’t great quality and I’m not sure if there’s a setting to fix that or if that’s just how it is? Also is what you use for editing {Davinci Resolve} free and/or easy to follow?
I use the native iPad screen recording and also the Clip Studio time-lapse feature.
the screen recording does take a lot of more editing for sure.
For the time-lapse, make sure you are starting out with a canvas that has like 300 dpi, and fill the canvas with your drawing. The low res issue happens to me mostly when I have to zoom in when video editing.
This video was recorded using the Clip time-lapse. but because its an 8x10 inch canvas at 300dpi and I used most of the area, I am able to do a few zooms without messing up the resolution too much.
DaVinci Resolve is free. It is a REALLY powerful program. It does take a bit to get to know how to do things. Search on RUclips for anything your struggling with, I have found very clear videos for just about everything I needed to learn. As far as learning the software, I found it about as difficult as Clip to learn.
