I love your assessment booklet. This would be great for homeschool.
I missed something - when you were assessing letter knowledge, you pulled out a sheet of paper w/upper and lower on it and marked on that instead of the assessment sheet with ALL of their info on it, which I've also seen you use and date (with the different colored ink). What's the difference? Do you transfer the date from the letter sheet to the general sheet at a different time?
