Thanks for the tutorial. My unit had a slight amount of shipping damage. Not enough to fret about. Fixed with a hammer but those pictograph instructions had a bit to be desired. Appreciate the walkthrough.

Very good video! My only tip is to make sure that the side burner control isn’t stuck up under the main section of the grill top. Mine was attached under the grill top and I thought I was missing something. I had to take the one side loose to get it out from under the top.

That demonstration was very good because initially I was going by the manual to set it up and it was very confusing. Then I looked on utube to see if there is a video and there it was. Save me a lot of headache. Infact the video help to see that I didn't received the valve for the side burner. I will be contacting the manufacturer now to see I can this part.

THE hardest part was that small “B” screw under the lip of the sides! I’ve got fat fingers and couldn’t do it, had to get the wife to help with her tiny hands! Overall, Great instructions! Thanks!

Mine came out of the box without that one back support peice still got it setup up but now that back we’ll moves
Yeah, lacking pieces might warrant a call to the support line, they may send you one.
I’m building this grill now, but the side burner valve is missing. Not sure where I can get it, if you know?
You would need to call the manufacturer to have them send you a new one.

What's the use of chain which hangs in front leg..
Holds the ring to hold a match if you need to manually light it.

Great tutorial. Do you know what the small chain is for? Came with ours but it’s not even shown in the instruction manual. Did I miss it in your tutorial?
It holds a match if your ignitors fail, the chain keeps it with the grill.

Just finished setting this up on my own. My first time being recently divorced. One question, when connecting the sideburner to the knob underneath...does it literally jusg slide in and thats that? Mine did, as did yours but i wondering how the gas is prevented from leakage
The gas grabs some air on its way by for combustion, so they is supposed to be some gap if we are taking about the same things.
I'm about to see how close this is to being like the Expert Grill 4 Burner from Walmart. Just picked it up last night for $74 off normal price ("clearance" sale).
Can I ask what your final price was? Is it a good grill?
My side burner im doing something wrong because those two side holes are not Lining up ill try again tomorrow 😂

Did you ever figure out what in the world those 2 whimpy wires are for at the 17:00 mark?
I can’t figure out what the purpose of them are. They are strong enough for support because the ends just slip into those holes while only screwing one end down
The are little tensioners that keep the whole thing from getting too wiggly...likely it could be done without it but for longevity I think they are in there.

So I have a problem with mine. All the knobs fit in perfectly except for the side burner. The knob doesn’t stay. I have tried switching with the other knobs but it won’t still stay for the side burner
That is a weird issue. Not sure what you could do.

Doesn't the side burner connection need to be more tight? Looks flimsy and I feel gas may leak. This is my first BBQ so not sure.
It mixes with air, so that is actually fine.
