I could be reaching with this but there was one episode of iCarly where Carly came in and she was like "So what's the sitch?" and Sam replied by saying "that's not cool..". I always thought that line was weird until I remembered that that's Kim Possible's catchphrase so maybe that was them taking shots at Disney as well?

In the Rocko’s Modern Life episode Zanzibar, during the spring cleaning song when Peter is shown cleaning the attic we see a mouse skeleton in a trap wearing Mickey’s red shorts, white gloves, and yellow shoes
Some of my personal favorites are In an icarly episode a girl that was tricking the gang to win a contest. When she wins the contest, her reward is to go to school on a cruise ship. There she learns that she is extremely seasick. The episode ends with her begging to stop the boat. This is a jab at the popular Disney channel show at the time, The suite life on Deck My life as a teenage robot has a few jabs at Disney but one of my personal favorites is the one where Nora Wakeman’s labrats stages a coup against their former owner. After Jenny saves the day, the rat leader gets stuck but Nora still finds him cute so she plans to put him in A pair of mouse shorts that look similar to Mickey’s. Episode ends with the rat yelling noooooo.
Another instance when Rugrats made fun of Disney was in The Rugrats Movie where we see a scene making fun of Bambi, and the Reptar Wagon crashes through, scaring the animals away.
Honorable Mentions: *An Elephant Eared Robot Girl - My Life As A Teenage Robot -My Life As A Teenage Robot has quite a few Disney jabs, from Vladimr (Mr. Scruffles) being one big Mickey Mouse refernce in the episode "Pest Control" complete with Mickey's trousers Dr. Wakeman gives him at the end of the episode, to the aforementioned Wizzly World. But this line from the episode "Ear No Evil" stands out. The villain of the day, The Lancer, belts out a Dumbo reference when he sees Jenny with comically large ears.
You forgot in iCarly, that the sitcom the Dingo Channel was writing is called "Totally Teri", Which is an obvious joke about "Really Raven". (Or whatever it's called)
