My “EDC” varies widely whether I’m at work, at home working, fishing, running about or at the ball field coaching but it normally involves some combination of Bark River, Victorinox, Opinel and sometimes Buck.
PS if you mainly use your traditional pocket knife for food prep it’s hard to beat an Opinel. That’s mainly what I use my pocket blade for and they are super slicey. I carry a #6 pocket knife. I used to carry a #8 in a belt sheath and it made a good work knife as long as you realize the limitations of the thin blade and don’t use it as a pry bar. You may have covered Opinel already I just found your channel so I haven’t had an opportunity to watch your older stuff yet. I will though I’m liking your channel.

Love that Bark River fixed blade - beautiful (and, imo, the right size for open carry on as daily basis) and the Filson tin pants (because you I picked up a pair [as well as a pair of Red Cloud wax canvas pants]). I am glad to see you do these EDC updates from time to time - thank you!
Gerber Vise, small Swiss Army (w/tooth pick and tweezers), Spyderco Street Bowie (horizontal on belt), P365, chapstick for lips, skin cracks and paper cuts, nail clippers, 1 wallet with cash and most used credit card/store discount cards etc..., 2nd wallet with ID, back up cards and extra cash. Wallet #1 also has 2 lengths of paracord with safety pins, paper clips on them.
I LOVE this video, it’s so nice to get inspiration from what you carry everyday, you have an awesome set up going on!!! Also, great way to think about not only being useful and prepared for yourself but to also be able to help others around you who may not be carrying all that gear!!
Aside from varying knives, a small no name pocket light, the SOG Power Pint & Knipex plier are staples for me. The SOGs wirecutter and biteholder w/in such a small package is priceless. If knipex ever built a plier with just wirecutter & bite holder I'd be in EDC heaven.
Love the video Erica. Carrying my wharnie K390 Delica, Leatherman Signal with a bit holders instead of the sharpener and ferro rod, and a citizen fujitsubo watch for my job as an auto technician. Have a good one!

Love the videos, found you through Georgia Adventure 😁Honestly, Case makes a really good kitchen knife, bought a 10" slicer, for $6 at antique store, put edge on it, and it turned out sharper than a brand new Uline razor blade 😳had my family members over for holidays who are farmers and they were shocked by how sharp it was haha. My EDC: Walther PPS M2 LE (9mm), Case Trapper-black micarta brushed stainless steel (on rotation with 5 other knives), black-crackle Zippo, Zippo money-clip knife, Zippo keychain with detachable prongs + titanium key rings, Channel Lock pliers (pocket size), pocket cross, cell phone, and a Soviet Raketa 24-hour Antarctic watch.
Thank you erica i am still running my opinel nr 6 in a case leather sheath on my belt and use my little olight on a civivi carabiner , i am also prepared and willing to help others my multitool is a knock off thing but it works
Excellent Erika, love the water moccasin and the look of that leather sheath, I carry a coye-flagrant beard collaboration knife and a olight perun mini 2, a bandanna and G26.
I work in an office, so I carry lite. Today a SWA Rambler and a Rite in Rain pen in my fifth pocket. I have an Olight keychain light and my first Spyderco, a 90s era Endura. I was feeling nostalgic. Then I have a backpack with all the usual cool edc stuff. I usually rely on a 19X for when things go sideways. Sometimes, a Shield Plus.
Good seeing you Erica and may you always be well and happy , without elaboration and detail I had to open a dispute with a knife company once I get my money back Iwill be looking at a reputable custom maker cause I want a 3.5 to 3.675 inches of blade with a 4 inches handle in super steel in either very thin convex or full flat , I am retired but always i have on me an olight and one of the spyderco either the k390 or the zdp which i have on me now , all the very best to Erica
Great video. Edc has sort of become about collecting shiny toys and not carrying what you need everyday. I'm a sales manager so naturally my edc requirements will be specific to me. Thanks again! 👏
Also as you know, its always better to have too much and be prepared in order to get the task or the job done than too little and make someone wait until you have the right tool-s. Love your advice and knowledge on knives and different steels. Stay safe. Blessings.😊

Front left pocket : Pm2 s45vn Lynch NW deep carry clip Small bic lighter Burts chap stick Front right pocket: Fenix pd25r AirPods Pro gen 2 Lynch NW prybar Fifth pocket: Challenge coin Back left pocket: Ekster parliament wallet (unless sitting, like you it’ll migrate to the front left pocket) Back right pocket: Moleskin 3.5x5.5 notebook Mighty hanks Hank Fisher space pen 🖊️ Watch: Apple Ultra Watch My iphone moves from the back left pocket to my hand or truck charging slot extremely frequently Thanks for the content, always look forward to your pocket dump videos 🫡
I work in an academic environment, so no big knives for me. I usually carry a Civivi Baby Banter or Lumi, a Victorinox Classic in my keychain, also there a tiny pen, titanium toothpick and NiteIze pry bar. Of course, a minimalist wallet and hank also in my pockets. I have multitools in my desk, plus lots of pens and pencils and notebooks and calendars (yes, I use the computer all the time and the electronic calendars, but I like to write everything down, too. Also love paracord beads, most of them made by a friend of mine. I use what I carry and people know it and ask for my help.
Much appreciation and no disrespect. I wear athletic shorts (No belt) 80% of the year. If I wear pants they are track pants, I hate jeans. Too much for me to carry
The character flaw self improvement technique of making a note of it... seems obvious now that you told us how you work on it. I wonder how many lifetimes I would have had to live before I thought of that on my own. Thank you
I like your process, you have alot going for you and I can't imagine anyone not benefiting from something you've had to say or done. I'm sure you praise people where it's earned so I just wanna let you know that your pretty good and I guarantee alot of people agree..have a fantastic day please
I've been thinking about getting a Nipex, I've been carrying a MiniBuck tool since 1998, literally every day. It has some really useful features. It has a little pliers in it that I've used maybe a thousand times over the past 20 plus years. It is in my pocket every day. Anyway, it's a very good video. Thanks
Good video! Haven't seen your channel before, but will sub. Love the leather cases for your gear. One of my hobbies is making leather stuff, and cases and Coshes are my favourite projects.
I only need to cut tie wraps or something similar only a handful of times in a year, but I always carry a fully serrated Native 5 as a back up. The tie wraps are often tied very tight and have only enough room to stick in a little bit of the fully serrated edge. But, the fully serrated edge makes it so easy to cut these tie wraps. It is very satisfying to be able to get this job done easily. It would be very frustrating to do this job with a regular edge. Also, Native 5 is so easy to carry that I don't mind carrying it even though I hardly ever use it. It's a perfect back up EDC. BTW, I think all manufacturers have partially serrated edge backwards. Whenever I need a serrated edge, I need a small section of serration near the tip. On the other hand, I definitely need flat edge more often in other areas of the blade. So, if they start to manufacture blades with a small section of serration near the tip, such blades would be so much more useful than both the existing type of partially serrated edge and a regular non serrated edge. I don't know why no one makes this type of partially serrated edge.
LOVE those Filson pants! The Filson/Devium crew combo looks amazing! I wonder just how many minds are gonna be blown when you unveil the Filson Crew in that sick woodland camo?! Will people even be able to see you on camera?!?! You forgot to add that you supplant your one fruit/veggies/steak meal of the day with a sprinkle of moonlight around 8pm hehe 🌜💫✨. I'm stoked to see how the BR Tope Water Moccasin does! Can it hang or will you debunk that thing? The jury's still out! I love that you use your notebook to hold yourself accountable and write down character flaws that you think you need to work on. I'm going to start doing that! Such a great idea! I'm surprised there's any free pages left in your notebook between all the ones filled up with NH Mom's phone numbers!!! Awesome carry and video, Erica!!! ❤
yeah i'm in philly i can carry any gun but knives are banned unless you can prove u use it for work. how stupid is this. sure you can gat away with small folder but other the that might get u in trouble
Much love from Halifax MA however . . . . That's a whole Lotta knives homie. You have awesome taste. I use a benchmade 940 when I go out to a steal house.
That's crazy to me that you eat only once a day but it kind of makes sense. I never used to eat breakfast but then I read everywhere and had doctors tell me that it's not good to skip breakfast. and ever since I've been adding breakfast and lunch I actually feel worse and more sluggish through the day. Maybe you're onto something Erica!
I like the idea that our use is not only to ourselves. Gonna have a long think on that, and my carry. Sick day, so only carrying the inside the house essentials: full ti custom neck knife, phone, hank and Magnacut Livewire (admittedly not an essential but really enjoying this knife)
Pocket dump. Leatherman rebar, la police gear W960 EDC light. Sak explorer. Trying a knipex xs pliers. Thinking of replacing Leatherman with knipex and sak. Half the weight, and seems like when need Leatherman pliers, they are always in weird angle, place and pain in the a$$ to use. So far liking set up. Carry Glock 43x
What up Holmes, I was wondering where you went, last I heard that knife company let y’all down. Good to see your doing great :) carrying a lil notebook, hmmm I never thought of that. That’s actually a great idea for multiple reasons. Thanks for the tip. I may start carrying a lil notepad.
@@ericasedc I will be sure to binge watch them all, not sure if I got unsubscribed or what, just thought you stop doing videos. Very happy I found you again as well. :) I use to work at a doggy daycare for a min. I worked for my aunt, R.I.P., one of the best jobs I’ve had. Nothing like separating 2 dogs in a fight. Jeepers I had to be careful 😂 Thank goodness all animals see the goodness in me. I’ve been bit plenty of times on accident, never bloody, I ask them to let me go, in a very “im now pissed off”, kinda way , and they would release. Even the ankle bitters 😂 I ❤️ Dogs!!!
Today I'm carrying a Douk Douk French slip joint, a SAK Manager on my keychain and I have a prybar in my shoulder bag. I have a small rechargeable torch on my car key. Light, tight and outta sight is my motto.
I think that I'm in love!!!😍 I love a woman who knows her stuff (not being sexist). Great gear and outstanding video. Keep it up and keep them coming. Take care.
Erica you do you! This is Like Planet Fitness this is a judgment free zone. You carry what you want and not what you don’t. Have a great one from NorthWest Alabama. Springfield Xds Mod2 OSP 9mm with Crimson trace 1500 with a Olight Baldr S ( Blue 1 of 900 worldwide)Light with Green laser to go with my red dot.
Very nice to see your enjoyment of a traditional knife. I am a big case fan these days. Used to be a Buck 110 till arthritis moved in, but now I have to be careful so I went small blade. Could you please post a link to your knife mod friend? It would be great to have a source of SAK mods and upgrades. Thanks and good job with the dogs! God bless!
Been following you for a while but didn’t know about the company you work at. The K-9/service dog community has always had a special place in my heart, being a Marine veteran myself. What company do you work for if you’re allowed to say?
Good explanations for everything that you carry. Just one question; what do you use your wallet for? Sorry I could not resist. Live Long Prosper and Collect Your Own Way!
I'm a big fan of watches, so I always have on a watch from my collection. Like knives, they are a tool that depends on the use of steel, but with a different purpose and greater precision. Yes, I have a cell phone, but watches are just much cooler, and they are beautiful!
What apart of Nh are you in that the groceries aren’t expensive? They’ve almost doubled in the past year where I am in NH. Cool video though love the bark river.
Let me look. I have an Acebeam Poklit, S&W Shield, and my new just got it yesterday PM2 in CRU-WEAR. That I was spydie flicking while watching your video and just broke the tip when it hit Glock slide sitting on my bench. 😪
Am in no way doubting that there are numerous other examples, AND nobody asked, but way cool to see a girl that is more at home with tools AND actually uses her EDC regularly unlike so many EDC youtuber dudes. Nice to see content that comes across as natural than forced or performative.
Like most edc'ers (😂that sounds made up), so I think you carry the perfect amount for general handiness. I totally love all the orange liners and that fixed blade is sexaaa!!😝🤩 Keep up the vids🤘
@ericasedc right on! I'd love to see a lighter or fire starting video if you're into that. I eat mostly carnivore also. Glad to hear you're feeling well eating that way.
@@ericasedc lol ya I watched your other video right after I left that comment. I wouldve thought you woulda pimped it out some more but all black is still alright. Scary black color right, cant go wrong either way. lol
Old video, but it's the one I'm on so I'll ask the question.... For your Richter slip, do you typically carry one knife per slip? Or do you put multiple different knifes into the same slip depending on what you're wanting to carry? This is coming from a guy who just spent way to much money on way too many slips. One slip for each individual knife....
Let’s see… today was a White River ATK (in pocket), Leatherman Wave, Kara’s Kustoms pen and Pencil, in my Recycled Firefighter wallet I have a bit extender, a rite in the rain notebook, AAA Mini Mag flashlight, and an exotac titan lighter

@@ericasedc I don't understand. Do you mean you prefer not to talk about diet in comments or is there something about about that specific diet/person you disagree with? If so I'd be curious as to why. I'm not an advocate of his.. just like learning.
I've spent time in the white mountains, The green mountains, Is the berkshire mountains, The adirondack mountains, The smoky mountains, The rocky mountains. I've never seen a woman carry a knife.

Hi Erika, Greets from germany. I am an older guy with an olight mini warrior, a Cold Steel hold out3 and a strong little welch Terrier
I love all of that!!!🎉
The detail in this video is excellent
Thanks- this was on the fly!
You are very inspiring! Thanks! Greetings from Stockholm Sweden
Thanks for watching!!
Hi Erica, really cool gear. I like that you're back to Victorinox.
I have always carried one- they’re one of my favorite little tools!🎉
Some fantastic carry!!
Thanks a ton Randy!!!!
I feel way better eating once around 12pm, and MAYBE a light snack in the evening. But I really feel best just eating that one time!❤
I feel way better eating once a day or so, and way better without too many carbs, but then I do have reactive hypoglyceamia. Breakfast knocks me out!
Great Video! Well spoken and concise. I love it that you carry a Crucifix.
Thanks so much for the support!
Keybar, H&K P9s 45acp from the late 70s, We Knife Thug XL in tiger stripe, and the Victorinox Farmer X.
@@renjun6843 there ya go!!!
@@ericasedcSometimes my old Rockstead neck knife and my custom pocket lamp/lumen. But I don't have a dog anymore, so less often my lamp.
I like the idea that our use is not only to ourselves. Gonna have a long think on that, and my carry.
Sick day, so only carrying the inside the house essentials: full ti custom neck knife, phone, hank and Magnacut Livewire (admittedly not an essential but really enjoying this knife)
So glad it made ya think!!!
Walther PPS 9mm, streamlight protac 2L, and i carry either the Cjrb ekko or Kershaw Blur. 5th pocket hides my mini bestech strelit
Nice🎉🎉🎉
Really LOVE that Bantam. My goodness.
It’s so awesome🎉
I'm carrying an esee izula, and a Kimber K6S. Also a Srteamlight flashlight. Great video.
That is a wonderful little set!
Oooooh fun fun!!!!
Hey!!!! Been making tons of content since then- never stopped! Glad to see you found the channel again though😊
New sub from Manchester NH. Love your edc.
Wow I am literally like 25 mins from you!!!!!
Glock 29 here with Spyderco Manix or Manix XL and the large Victorinox with all the doodads.
NICEE
As an Irishman I am pleased to hear about the cheese. Especially, as we don't make knives to sell you.
Bahahahahs yes!🎉
Today I'm carrying a Douk Douk French slip joint, a SAK Manager on my keychain and I have a prybar in my shoulder bag. I have a small rechargeable torch on my car key.
Light, tight and outta sight is my motto.
Ooooh nice!!!!
I think that I'm in love!!!😍 I love a woman who knows her stuff (not being sexist). Great gear and outstanding video. Keep it up and keep them coming. Take care.
Thanks so much for the support and for watching!
Bahahaha IF ONLY! Cheers my friend❤
God bless!
Check him out on Instagram! @knife_guy2112
COOLEST GAL EVER. MY GOD

Hey thanks!!!!
Been following you for a while but didn’t know about the company you work at. The K-9/service dog community has always had a special place in my heart, being a Marine veteran myself. What company do you work for if you’re allowed to say?
Operation Delta Dog in Hollis NH🥰
Good explanations for everything that you carry. Just one question; what do you use your wallet for? Sorry I could not resist. Live Long Prosper and Collect Your Own Way!
Ok that cracked me up! Have an awesome day❤🎉😂
You're awesome and special! Your content is excellent! I really enjoy your channel! 😎⚔️
Wow thank you so much for the kind words!!❤
I'm a big fan of watches, so I always have on a watch from my collection. Like knives, they are a tool that depends on the use of steel, but with a different purpose and greater precision. Yes, I have a cell phone, but watches are just much cooler, and they are beautiful!
So true! Watches give me rashes on my wrist…
@@ericasedc Try getting one with a titanium case and band.
And get one that is solar-powered, so you don't have to mess around with batteries.
You should look into being an aircraft mechanic. You'd love it.
Bahahahaha no one would trust me with that. I only have 3 braincells! 😂
Very well spoken!
Hey thanks man!
Love your diet. I’m commenting olay by play here…think I might do something similar. Sweet flixed blade 😜
RICHTAAAAA!!!!
@@ericasedc 😁😁😁
Killer video, thanks Erica!!
Thanks so much for watching!!!!!
Great review on your gear! Does your state allow firearms?
Love leather products too!
Watch the video and listen to find out! I actually say what I carry for personal protection!
@@ericasedc I did watch the whole video but didn’t hear any mention of one. Was just curious that’s all.
@@kylewood8327 Ruger LC9S with a Crimson Trace !
What apart of Nh are you in that the groceries aren’t expensive? They’ve almost doubled in the past year where I am in NH. Cool video though love the bark river.
I don’t know what to tell you. A large steak is $4-$5 and feeds me for 2 days. Like… it’s just the truth.
I’m in NH as well cool gear!
Hey welcome!🥰
@@ericasedcthank you I’ll sub :)
Great video, thanks!
Thanks for watching!
Nice to see a young lady who is prepared to use more than an IPhone thanks for this video
Aha thanks I try!!!!
Let me look. I have an Acebeam Poklit, S&W Shield, and my new just got it yesterday PM2 in CRU-WEAR. That I was spydie flicking while watching your video and just broke the tip when it hit Glock slide sitting on my bench. 😪
WHAT!!!!
Am in no way doubting that there are numerous other examples, AND nobody asked, but way cool to see a girl that is more at home with tools AND actually uses her EDC regularly unlike so many EDC youtuber dudes.
Nice to see content that comes across as natural than forced or performative.
Thanks so much!!!!
Hi FAM!! This is fun! I been thinking bout getting me some waxed britches.
They’re SO COOL
Yay! An EDC girl. Finally. Totally cool
Hey there!🎉❤😊
Like most edc'ers (😂that sounds made up), so I think you carry the perfect amount for general handiness. I totally love all the orange liners and that fixed blade is sexaaa!!😝🤩 Keep up the vids🤘
Thanks so much for watching!
That's an awesome edc. Do you ever carry fire?
Thanks! And yes- when I go anywhere aside from work
@ericasedc right on! I'd love to see a lighter or fire starting video if you're into that. I eat mostly carnivore also. Glad to hear you're feeling well eating that way.
@@-David_Knight- I have a good amount of videos showing lighters haha but I’ll make more I guess! Thanks so much for watching!
@@ericasedc oh I searched but didn't find any. I'll look again. Thanks
What color is your lc9s? Wish you showd it too along with your holster.
I do- just watch my videos! ❤ Black
Oh I dedicate each slip to a specific model of knife so it molds to the shape and stays!!!! Trust me I am a crazy leather head too!🥰🤣
Good advice. We have two rescue dogs.
Yay!🎉
Let’s see… today was a White River ATK (in pocket), Leatherman Wave, Kara’s Kustoms pen and Pencil, in my Recycled Firefighter wallet I have a bit extender, a rite in the rain notebook, AAA Mini Mag flashlight, and an exotac titan lighter
Wow that’s a fabulous kit!
great review thank you
Thanks for watching!!!
I Carry my Leatherman wave mode with Gerber slim driver on it and carry the stream light wedge and my cobra xs knipex
Awesome stuff!🎉🎉🎉🎉
Hi Erica, new subscriber here, great video. I'm from NH also, Moultonboro. God bless you, thanks for the video, looking forward to checking out your other ones.
Hey Welcome! Uploading a REALLY fun one today!!!!!
Do you have any thoughts on Paul Saladino's animal based diet?
Not sharable here!😂
@@ericasedc I don't understand. Do you mean you prefer not to talk about diet in comments or is there something about about that specific diet/person you disagree with? If so I'd be curious as to why. I'm not an advocate of his.. just like learning.
@@no_one_in_particular_ it’s not something I have time to discuss currently, and the comments aren’t the place for it🥰
@@ericasedc Fair enough. I just thought maybe you knew something bad about the diet. Like, it'll give me permanent diarrhea or something 😵💫
@@no_one_in_particular_ bahahahhaha!
Very nice
Thanks!
What you doing with all these knives EDC?
What?
Gun belt? Contractor belt? Gotta be something heavy duty cuz all that gear probably outweighs you. Where do carry your phone or do you?
Just a think American Made leather belt! Phone left front pocket
I've spent time in the white mountains, The green mountains, Is the berkshire mountains, The adirondack mountains, The smoky mountains, The rocky mountains. I've never seen a woman carry a knife.
Ok haha
Ok Erica awesome video I must say.
… no random comment? No word about pizza? You must be sick today what in the world!
