im stuck for few months but i want to be in this model. Ive spent so much in leads its draining me!. Im still about 5 months away from being able to get out of it. This sounds like exactly what id want. I pay 40$ for live transfers, and 15-20 bucks for a decent lead. Its nerve racking and i feel if i had no lead cost it would take so much pressure off and id preform better. I will be reaching out once im out of this 6 month thing with current IMO

this is my second week of going through your telesales modules, and i was sent a writer number and a refered manager. needless to say, I am sold on the benefits and somewhat my miscalculation of a welcome and open handed group. needless to say I was deeply disappointed. the referred manager, and onboard person seem to disappeared and have to call , emailed to find out what to do. I am looking forward to be an agent for Lincoln to find out for myself.

Well the obvious difference is 100% telesales vs field sales. The second reason is we provide leads to our agents at a reduced commission as opposed to buying your own leads at a higher commission.
You are correct Dana, selling final expanse isn't a one size shoe fits all. You have to consider all the aspects of what either a company or an IMO offers and then decide what is best for you. The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly, to borrow from a famous movie title. Great job as always and love your transparency and industry knowledge !
We recommend 1 year of sales experience but if someone is coachable, willing to put in the work, and able to get licensed in several states, you can contract with us and try to pass your role play. It's not a guarantee but you never know.. :)

Lincoln is non captive but you cannot be with other carriers on my team because our leads are free, and we cannot risk someone taking our leads and selling them through someone else at a higher commission.

Great question! What we offer is just through our agency, not for all of Lincoln Heritage. Each agency can run their business the way they want.

Your resident license does have to be in one of the 17 states
