Are you guys going to wait for the new GPUs before buying, or are you going to go for one of the really well priced current gen options? 🤔 Let me know in the comments, and as always latest pricing and availability is linked in the description for every GPU!
Some folks will do neither technically. They will wait for the rtx 50 series to come out then hope that drives 40 series down even further, then just grab one of them.
I'm waiting for Intel to official launch and see what AMD mean by 'deprioritize' flagship. According to AMD in the original launches the 7900XTX was to compete with the 4080 and they were never attempting to compete with the 4090. So does that mean AMD will have competition for the 5080 but not the 5090? Remains to be seen. For me, I have n reason to upgrade unless the card has minimum 28GB and I kind of want PCIe5 & DDR7 to justify it as well. For the record, no I don't 'just game'. I want to be able to train Flux Diffusion locally and 24GB is minimum right down to not plugging a monitor in to the card to make it work.
The "low" amount of VRAM is one of the reasons I moved to Radeon GPUs. The other one being that I don't care about RT. (I mean, that it's not worth the performance impact)
6750xt is definitely the best $300 card. 6800xt for $350-$400 is a far better buy than 7800xt for $450-$500. 6000 series is amd's sweet spot for budget builds imo. I get the idea that this guy doesn't pay a ton of attention to AMD's previous generations price/performance ratio.
I wanted to see what you recommend for a resolution like top 3 not a lengthy vid categorizing gpus based on price. Of course the more expensive the better!
Im doing a HYTE 70 touch and just ordered GIGABYTE 4080 Super AERO for $1,099. Im going to leave it in the box until CES 2025. If I can get a 5090 before January 31st, I'll probably send it back. Even if I decide to open it up and play with it, I can always use it to upgrade my Ultra VP pinball machine when I eventually get a 5090 😊

I just don't get nvidia launching 5k series with some cards only having 12 gig, when even recent heavily modded games can use around that, not even talking in a few years time. Recent surveys show that most people's new system cycle has increased to around 4-6 years. I wouldn't want to be stuck with 12 in few years from now.

i just brought an rx 7800xt because it just a deal, $445 in Singapore. The problem i have now is i have 5 5600 and 1080p monitor. So should i upgrade to 5700x3d? or just buy an 1440p monitor instead?
Unless you play mostly competitive games and need extremely high frame rates, you should get the 1440p monitor. The ryzen 5 5600 is a tiny bit underpowered for that gpu, but it is still a reasonable pairing. Also, when you increase the resolution to 1440p, you are less likely to experience a cpu bottleneck since there is more load placed on the gpu. The monitor upgrade should have a more significant impact on your overall experience and you can always upgrade the cpu later on if it's causing a noticable bottleneck
Hey could I have a pc? I live in Australia and I recently sold my pc for cash and currently I am bored and I unfortunately do not have enough money to buy another.
it’s literally the right terminology though, AMD will always have better value for rasterisation, but Nvidia has better ray tracing performance. Native resolution can be ray traced or not

i just brought an rx 7800xt because it just a deal, $445 in Singapore.
@@TheSpiceMan7 okay i shall get the monitor, does makes sense. Thanks man
No problem!
Rx6600 no more valuable?
I got the 7900 GRE for 450$USD 😊. Hopefully, it will hold for 2-3 years.
woah! How?? I'm looking for one now and they seem to already sellout even before black friday sales are up
@@brandumb925 they went on a crazy deal for an hour or two before selling out
Nice one dude!
2080 ti is pretty good ngl
How about rx 6900 xt
rx7700xt costs more then 500 bucks in Norway :/
Why in USA the 4060 is 100$ less cheaper than European market. Wtf seriously we doesn't notice the black friday "sales"... only 4 or 6% promo.....
Is a 7700xt better than a 6800?
They are around the same, 6800 non xt is a tiny bit faster in raster, i think a bit slower in RT.
Is 3050 6gb good ?
No, I would go for something with a bit more vram if you are playing 1080p. 8gb should be enough
@powdash1043 bro then suggest me one for 1080p gaming
Around 20k gpu
Hi brother can u made a video about the best build of computer around 500 Dollar?
It must be an AMG iGPU built
7900xt is way better and cheaper than 4080
7900xt 610$ right now
Hey could I have a pc? I live in Australia and I recently sold my pc for cash and currently I am bored and I unfortunately do not have enough money to buy another.
Good review but restauration dude just use the word native resolution dont just invent words
it’s literally the right terminology though, AMD will always have better value for rasterisation, but Nvidia has better ray tracing performance. Native resolution can be ray traced or not
Hi, i love you video. could u make a $2,500 - $2,600 all black pc with the Hyte Y70 touch
Yes do you need help with the parts list?
@@MrAnimescrazy yes
@sivally66 ok I will get back to you later with the parts list.
@@MrAnimescrazy thanks
@sivally66 ok the parts list is from pc part picker and if you need help replacing parts that might not be available on Amazon or newegg etc let me know.

The total on pc part picker is 2,290 dollars before tax and shipping. Maybe you can look at a 4080 super or a 7900xt or maybe a 7900xtx. On Amazon there is a payment service called affirm where you can pay monthly if you don't want to spend all of that money at one time.
In France the rx 7700 xt is 450 euros lmao
The 40 series is crap tbh apart from 4090 and that is silly money territory.
Nice 🙂
Waiting for 50 series isn’t worth it imo unless your going for a 5080/5090.
My country 7900xt =930 us 😅😅
how much do you think the 50 series gpu cards will be? I'm currently thinking of getting a 4070 super but with the new NVIDIA 50 series gpus coming out, i'm soo confused. Love ur vids!
currently got a 6950 xt
I want a upgrade but dont think its a good Idea
newegg has a trade in program so I feel like it might be worth it
Good luck upgrading bro. It seems like they’re really picky on accepting trade ins.
No, it's terrible idea and why would you need to upgrade an RX 6950 XT???
What about 4090D 😂
Soooo should i get 4070 super or rx 7900 xt
In my country they have the same price. I tempted to go for 7900XT. It will be relevant even after RDNA4. Using dlss and frame gen (needs to turn on in UE5) costs vram, who knows how long will be 4070S a ultra/High gpu (as its price is high it should be)
If you plan to change it In 2-3 years tho, 4070 super a perfect card. Maybe you can pick up the 5070 super in 2027 for the next 2-4 years and so on
@@Krisz94HU thankss😁
7900XT for $620
I would take the 7900 XT all day, every day.

@@msolomonii9825bruh what
Lol 😂 this is all about AMD
man with whats going on in Canada I'm kinda worried I might have to buy before shit hits the fan.
I'm in Canada. What's going on?
Trump's tariffs, especially if Canada doesn't get our borders under control. There would be a 25% tariff on us.
Heard if you say geekawhat you get pinned
got 3060 Ti now but plan to sell my kidney for 5090
I was gonna buy the 7700xt but the cheapest one was 440€ and only for 40€ more there was a 7800xt on sale so i got that instead (of course), the 7900gre is like 650€ minimum where i am
bro not recommending 7900xtx is just CRAZYY .
do giveaways fr
my brother in christ I have been browsing amazon for the past 24h nonstop and opening 5000 tabs and analyzing everything and EVERYTHING holy shit im losing my mind. I want to spend no more than 650 on a gpu. My monitors are 2 HyperX armada 27 that I wanna use in 1440p 120hz. PC partpicker says the monitor doesnt has freesync so if I add a 7800 XT it wont work as well, then I see that my options are either that or a 4070 super which has 12 gb vram which sucks for 1440p and this leaves me with a fucking mental boom. also the fact I just ordered a R7 5700X and people are saying it bottlenecks with the 4070 super and the RX 7800 XT. I hope this video helps me choose
Oh if isn't the sassy british boy
