I just bought it and there's no compressor. Even though the lowest temp you can set it at is 66°F, it has kept me cooler than running my AC set at 70°F. I'm looking forward to saving on cooling costs since I don't need to fill down the whole room now.

You don’t have the hose attached correctly. The mounting clip goes onto the hose under the plastic not on the plastic.

What I want to know is. Does it blow just bedroom temp air or like actually ac compressor in the unit ? And how many watts does it pull
