I still don't quite get it but I'm finding by tones anyway👍🙋💯 Thanks
I just picked up a Legend yesterday. I setup this coin program and searched an area that I never have before. I only had 10 minutes before it started to rain. within 6 feet. I found 3 pennies (two Memorials and one Wheatie). The pennies rang out loud and clear. I can't wait till I have more time to swing with it raining.
Thank you, well done. The tone settings are the most baffling part of the detector. Got my Legend two weeks ago. I set it up for 4 tones, wishing 3 was an option as I am rather tone deaf. And you explained how I could have 3 tones. Well done!😊

Good luck! since you watched this tones setup i feel the sounds were very important and was continually adjusting as i dug . also the volume settings are just as important , getting it dialed in to your preference is huge

look up the warranty email and tell them they may replace it. or fix it. Nokta us customer service has been pretty good!! please let me know what they say

You can set it for 3 tones. Basically set it for 4. And only use 3

I have the detector on the table and I am pissed that it has a scuff mark on the screen from shipping, protect the screens in shipping, what a joke
