      Phone manufacturers I believe are receiving incentives to support after market products. Otherwise why else would phone manufacturers continue making crappy battery life and now restricting battery swapping?
      It is dissapointing to hear reviewers urging LG to make unibody devices. There are enough unibody options on the market. One more is not going change the world. Unless of course after market companies hace the opportunity to sell overpriced battery solutions. Smh!

    V20 is officially the Note 7 killer!

    • @shad0wdragon_698
      @shad0wdragon_698 8 лет назад +1

      Maybe... But it's definitely a toss up.

    • @mcool93
      @mcool93 8 лет назад +4

      Joseph Stewart yes, very much. It's also easy for people who need or don't need the s-pen. If no need for S-pen, LG V20 is by far the best option.

    • @shad0wdragon_698
      @shad0wdragon_698 8 лет назад +1

      I'm deciding between those two and the iPhone 7 Plus and am leaning towards the V20. Yes, if you don't NEED the SPen and the curved screen, get the V20. I don't need the S pen, but I want it. MrMobile said it perfectly in his review: "It's a Mouse, for your smartphone". It makes doing simple stuff much easier.

    • @mcool93
      @mcool93 8 лет назад

      Joseph Stewart What I noticed is that most people who bought a note throughout the years, bought it because it was the "best" android smartphone of the year, and s-pen was a nice bonus that was rarely used by most users. This year, Note 7, despite having the same specs as S7 edge, is actually somewhat of a downgrade because Note 7 requires more resources to run its additional apps/features running in the background for the s-pen, not to forget that this is the first time in Note history that a note has no speed/specs improvement compared to its 6 months old galaxy S sibling. Of course, with battery explosion coming from Samsung CDI batteries, I think it's best to avoid any samsung smartphone for a while.
      V20 is by far my choice (for android), as not only does it have a full 5.7 inch screen without losing screen estates to distorted images to the curves, but it also has a secondary screen too. It also has android 7 on it, while Samsung will take their sweet time, and then carriers will also take their sweet time, so by the time the android update gets to the user, it'll be 2017 already. iPhone 7 plus is a "safe" choice as you are guaranteed a few consistency such as day 1 and years and years of ios updates, and most new features are retrofitted to older devices, and iPhone 7 plus will be the fastest smartphone until iPhone 7s/8 releases next year.

    • @shad0wdragon_698
      @shad0wdragon_698 8 лет назад

      The Note 7 definitely will perform worse than the S7 out of the box. But if you don't ever use the S pen, you can just disable all the S Pen stuff and it won't be running in the background. I do think Samsung should have waited to release the Note 7 until the Snapdragon 821 came out, to better justify it's close to $1000 price tag, and to compete better with the iPhone 7 plus, which, for a model which you won't run out of storage immediately (128 or 256GB) is just as expensive, maybe a little cheaper, and is much more powerful. Not to mention the NVME SSD controller in the iPhone 6s and on. I do think that Note 7 will get Nougat before the end of 2016, even if that means December 31. I personally don't care about the exploding phones since, personally, I trust Samsung to fix the issue. For me it's second screen vs 3D Touch vs S pen. The S pen can do the most now, but I doubt the software features of the Note 8 will trickle down to the Note 7, while Apple added a bunch more 3D Touch features this year, and I think that apple will continue doing that.

    I know this particular video is not a review, but I would appreciate you actually doing some reviewing. All your videos are exactly the same, you just go over all the features of the phone and so many Androids have the same features so it gets very repetitive. I would rather hear you mentioning your thoughts on the features, review the actual features. Do they work? Are they useful? Does the phone lag when they're used? I would really like to hear some opinions and actual reviewing in your videos instead of just rattling on about what features it has.. every video feels exactly the same regardless of what phone it is.. I enjoy your videos and I appreciate your hard work it would just be nice to get more insight on how the phone performs. how good the display is etc.. instead of just a feature list overview

    I had a G3 and a now have a G5, and this V20 kinda reminds me of the G5, but with an addition of the features they took away that the G3 had, for example, the multi app thing, the homescreen themes, etc. Only thing I don't like is I enjoy the slidable battery on the G5, it is much more friendly to use with a case. This phone you would have to fully take out of the case to swap the battery, the G5, you can have something similar to the Apple Charging case where you just bend part of it back and slide it out, same general idea, and that seems to be a lot more functional for me. Most of the features they took away from the G3 to the G5 though, are mostly software things, so one can only hope they could bring them back...

ITS A HIT AND MISS WITH FINDING A PHONE WITH BACK BUTTONS. LITERALLY I BEEN GOOGLING IMAGES,AND FINALLY THINK I WILL GET V10 .I HAVE A G4 ,SO THAT WOULD BE A DOWNGRADE,BUT STILL V10 IS THE NEWEST LG PHONE WITH BACK BUTTONS.IN THE BEGINNING OF THE VIDEO HE SHOWED THE BACK OF A V20 AND THE OTHER ONE HAS BACK BUTTONS,SO THAT KINDA CONFUSED ME.IM ASUMING ITS A V10

      Same here! This phone is amazing! It's better than the overrated iPhone 7 and IMO better than the Note 7. They're all for different audiences, but you have so much control over this phone! You can do anything and everything within this phone manually! The audio from this phone is far superior to the competition! I know it doesn't have water resistance, but it's not a big deal really. Most phones are pretty water resistant anyway. This phone is more durable than the competition. The Moto Z lets you customize everything outside of the phone, while the v20 lets you customize everything within the phone. I do like the Moto Z, but some of those mods are EXPENSIVE!

    I really like the way u demonstrated the function of lg v20.I just saw many flaws on Lg V20 on taking pic and screen problem,I just borrowed one from my Korean friends,which released in 29th Sep in Korea.I just disappointed.First, in day light...I just saw the inferior of dynamic range to Galaxy s7 edge and iphone 7.And I don't know why the picture looked like the really cold,Like the color temperature tend to really cold,just don't know if they notice the sRGB misalignment.Under saturated(depend on Users), and some of scenario just overexposed.Nighttime,the black part...just washed-out and filled with noises.Low light just can't clear define the true color right when u see something in your eyes.And I saw the bottom of screen ,it just leaked...,It's a decent phone,I really like it...but just don't know why....the camera performance so bad ..not even the flagship level.

    If the V20 had a dedicated home button and a power button on the side rather than on the back, I'd get it without hesitation.

    Audio quality is the most important thing to me when buying new device. so this is diffidently deserve personal inspecting since the audio is engineered by B&O labs.

    battery swap is the big plus on lg phones. I have the v10 along with 3 batteries, a desktop cradle
    that charges a second battery, and a plug in charger brick for the third. The phone drains but at least I'm not stuck with a non removable Samsung battery. The only neg. on lgv10 phones is no ammo lead screen, fingerprint scanner that has problems, and the old micro USB connection. My wireless headphones don't pair with Bluetooth and I don't care for the second screen. Other than those issues it has a great camera and good video quality.

    By the first half of 2017 new era will come for batteries.So than you will find double size battery life in products, for instance 3200*2=6400 ma.So LG V20 will definetely take the advantage for that with after market batteries.Nice approach by LG for keeping the removable battery.I am seriously giving back the note 7(since i am forced by samsung to do) and change it for a V20,not s7 edge.
