This is by far the best explanation I’ve found on RUclips. I’ve done a tonne of research so I’m well informed about the virus, but this video is really great.
This rna virus is a multi organ tropism? Invades the nervous system causing mini brain strokes,,, Some genomic recombination must have happened in wuhan labs?
I think ACE2 is an enzyme downstream angiotensionII (1-8) and makes the peptide 1-7. Wonder if 1-7 might be a dim switch for AGTR1a. System gets over-activated when ACE2 binding sites are saturated by spike protein and therefore fills lung with fluid.
Remember what I wrote in February here? And you ignored it. Alpha-ketomide inhibitor compound 13b; Hydrolytic Enzymes; Oligodynamic Ag+; Remdesivir I believe there are options for prevention and treatment that entail two possible approaches: We know the primary avenue of attack are the lungs, and once in, they attach by means of the spicules or "spikes". Their primary target or "receptor" are the ACE-2 or angiotensin-converting enzymes, same as that of SARS-CoV-1, on the epithelial cells of the lungs. Right there is one strategy for a form of intervention using nebulized or detached bonding receptors, akin to chelators or in fact serpins, serine protease inhibitors. Alpha-ketomide inhibitor compound 13b Beside Remdesivir, a Pyridone type, and specifically an Alpha-ketomide inhibiting compound "13b" will likely emerge as promising along these lines within the body. This compound disables the sars-cov-2 cleavage enzyme on the attachment spikes (TMPRSS2 transmembrane serine protease). Since this is a papain-like enzyme, the inhibitor will not affect the human serine enzymes, like trypsin, amylase, etc. It could be used externally as well to attach aerosolized virii and they'll be inactivated even if they are inhaled. Paper on Alpha-ketomide inhibitor Compound 13b: Crystal structure of SARS-CoV-2 main protease provides a basis for design of improved α-ketoamide inhibitors Linlin Zhang Daizong Lin Xinyuanyuan Sun Ute Curth4, et als. science.sciencemag.org/content/early/2020/03/20/science.abb3405.full ------- Another approach is in terms of direct digestion of the virus by hydrolases like amylase, trypsin, chymotrypsin, carboxypetidase, lipase and most importantly RNAase. Intramuscular injections of amylase and trypsin were proven to resolve malaria very effectively by Lambelle in the early part of the 20th c. The ratio of amylase to trypsin was 2:1, and was well tolerated. His paper is available as a link below. While malaria is not a virus, the process of infectant inhibition of native enzymes taxing the whole system is akin and the strategy of bolstering it is rational. Futhermore the glycoprotein of the viral spike is very susceptible to degradation by amylase which enables full access of the pancreatic proteases or their serum analogs. It is worthwhile to also research the potential of external nebulized colloidal silver in air systems and bound to fiber masks, as an effective means of external denaturing the virus. As for inhaled nebulized colloidals, I am aware of only one article on an inhalant or in nebulized form: Journal of Nutritional & Environmental Medicine: Viral Pathogens and Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome: Oligodynamic Ag+ for Direct Immune Intervention Eric Rentz Do Comm Cnmo www.tandfonline.com/doi/abs/10.1080/13590840310001594061 ---- For structure of viral components, also see: Structure, Function, and Antigenicity of the SARS-CoV-2 Spike Glycoprotein Authors: Alexandra C.Walls David Veesler www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0092867420302622 ---- A transcription I did of Dr. Lambelle's paper on malaria treatment using amylase and trypsin is available at a mirror of my old website: robertcathey.wordpress.com/the-utility-of-enzymes-in-malaria-by-f-w-lamballe-m-b-major-royal-army-medical-corps/ Lambelle, F. At 11:55, you talk about a memory response. Shouldn't that be just an adaptive response rather than a "memory" response? If I'm infected and I recover from the disease, the memory cells will be good for giving me immunity next year when I'm possibly infected again (or with a similar strain of virus), but not during this first infection that I have to overcome the virus to survive to the next year infection.
In the context of the RAAS system, it is an enzyme. The hormone function is not near as well elucidated. But, from Wiki - "The renin receptor (for renin) is also known as ATPase H(+)-transporting lysosomal accessory protein 2, or the prorenin receptor. The renin receptor binds renin and prorenin. In addition to catalytic hydrolysis as an enzyme, binding of renin to this receptor ALSO induces the conversion of angiotensinogen to angiotensin I.
Thank you for these videos. Can you make one that explains how touching the eyes leads to infection of the ACE-2 receptors? I'm struggling to find any reliable resources that explain this process.
Do you think that ACE inhibitors as medications for reducing high blood pressure should be replaced by other medications in order to avoid fatal disease development of Covid-19?
It has been said many times. But the bacterial pneumonia could not get a foothold anywhere near as often as it does now without the Sars cor-2 infection. And this video explains the pathophysiology of how the lungs are compromised by this virus.
The human immune apparatus is convoluted to say the least. A deep understanding of it and that of other species such as bats, pigs, birds, and camels may be our salvation.
R Lionheart I would say understanding Bat immune response is of high priority since there’s been previous viruses that have infected different species.
The pathology is exacerbated by a lack of response, or responsiveness, of the adaptive immune system. Could this hold the key to the putative differences across males and females in mortality? Perhaps having another human living in a person tips the scales in their favor?
Well to take that route of ideas; Bats - a known harbor - do not ( an immune response beyond my capacity to state correctly ) with the result that inflammation due to anti-gen does not ( lacking words; I have not read the texts only learned to use big words on the internet ) hence; From that we see an easy immediate "avenue of speculation" or whatever ••• hey here's a lead: *The fact that women have 2 X chromosomes may provide advantageous redundancy because women have a second X to compensate for a mutation* "Differences between Men and Women in Mortality and the Health Dimensions of the Morbidity Process" Crimmins EM, Shim H, Zhang YS, Kim JK. touching eyes, like mouth/nostrils is mucous membrane so shortcut into bloodstream. once in bloodstream, easy access to every cell...
