Finally got my guts paid off, I'll let you know how the joints are when I see ya next. I stumbled upon this video and was like "I know that voice" lol.
Hopefully the annouced version at Tamashi Nations con actually has great joints and durability. Looks like that would be the case but fingers crosssed still
@@Lonzology I think going forward we’ll see better Guts. I know I got lucky o my reissue but the Heat of Passion version is legit Figure of the Year potential
It might be just mine but my reissue Guts is really really stiff on the neck and also has problems standing as the ankles feel really loose, and the worst part about mine is the neck collar pops off extremely easily. However my wrists are really good and i need to do more extreme poses but it seems even better than my heat of passion guts.
Ok now that i have spent time with it. I can confidently say its such a love hate figure. The sculpt and details are amazing but its so meh everywhere else. So far after i loosened the neck a bit and its a bit nicer but the collar piece is still pissing me off. And his ankle are still really bad and making it impossible to stand on to the point im displaying him on a neutral pose with a whole stand as i cant be asked to have him stand next to my shf schierke. I would rate this figure a 8/10 in terms of looks but after considering how bad it feels and the price i would lower it to a 4 or a 5/10 I will still be keeping mine as i really like the schierke and heat of passion guts and i plan on collecting the zodd and isidro when they come out, but overall meh figure.
I just bought the reissue and I dunno it still feels not good... My feet are even way less attached then yours were and completely fold at the slightest movement. The joints still feel too loose for the sword but was expected.
When youve been in the toy industry for YEARS and think mass produced figuarts are WORTH $100 lol.. figures are literally about 5 cents to mass produce from scratch...
@LAsToys That is a very true statement and I had that in mind. But it doesn't change the fact that as a consumer's we could be paying a lot lot less, and sometimes it's good to practice a little bit of restraint when buying.
I picked the reissue, the only issue I have really (beside this knife) is the loose ankles joints that make him a challenge to stand

@@BuckleUp97 heck yeah buddy!
So Bandai's address is different, at least. 1st issue has zip code of 108-0014, and 2nd issue has 108-0073.

The sword keeps falling on my reissue

@@ItsDwagon my Guts had a stiff neck but I tend to run into stiff joints on most Figuarts. Little beat of hear or shock oil should help with that
Yeah had the same issue and refunded it
The price was just pissing me off

Same on mine. I took the figure apart from the waist, and used a needle applier for the oil.

I'm curious if there are any replacements for the ankle joints. My reissue came snapped.
Still awful and expensive figure that can't hold weapon in one hand.
I just added a 3mm hole in the back just like the heat of passion, this guy saw too many battles to stand by his own lol...

@@victorgomez1703 it’s worth what you are willing to pay for. These are luxury items that no one needs at the end of the day.
