Hey chris with your Hindi speaking skill you can communicate with most of the Indians be it North, West, East ,NorthEast and Central India. Although you may have a bit of difficulty in some parts of South India I think.

Well most people on India pay digitally, that might be a reason ATMs didn't work. You can find payment QR codes in every shop - big and small. All street food shops as well. The paan shop you had tea at, had a QR code too. India has in 2020 beaten China as in terms of total digital transactions. You could try covering this in an episode too.

Chris bhai, I was born in India and lived there for more than 12 years. I have been living in Canada for more than 20 years now and visit India every 3 years or so. As a child I had to learn Hindi in Class 4 (as I returned to India after a few years) and it was a challenge at first but then I fell in love with it. I loved learning English and Hindi in school in India; they were my favourite subjects. Your expertise in Hindi is commendable and it seems you have a lot of love for the language. Chris , I am from Pakistan living in United States and have been to India. You will find many similarities between Northern India and Pakistan. South India is total different as far as food is concerned but they have their own varieties which you won’t find in north India or Pakistan

Great to see you in India! The one recommendation i want to give you is that India is a extremely diverse place, so make sure to visit as many places you can, especially the south (especially kerela) and north east they're almost like their own countries with their unique languages and cultures

75 yrs ago & before that India-Pak. used to be same nation. That's why u will find a lot of Cultural similarities both in Northern India 🇮🇳 & Pak. 🇵🇰 as well.

I request to my South Indian brothers, look one foreigner learn and speaking hindi for harmony. Please do not hate Hindi, we can understand eachother better. Hindi is not imposing on you and will not finish your original language. But it helps to communicate better 👍

@@roopalondhe6102 Hindi isn't my first language or mother tongue but I can speak and communicate in Hindi. I tried to learn Malyalam but failed badly, still trying. Also no single language in whole South, you have to learn Kannada, Tamil , Telugu, Malyalam which is next to impossible for us. I request our South Indian brothers to accept Hindi as second Language same as they accepted English. 🙏🏻
