To make your Kendo faster, you should move your all part of your body not only your legs, but also your hands at the same time. So, I recommend the fight with you in the mirror by Shinai. Look at you in the mirror and find the weak point of yourself and cut it like shadow boxing. You should hit at least 3 times in a second. I did it everyday and it make my Kendo faster.
