Do you know how we can remove the thin white border that appears on every scan we do? That border is cutting off very pertinent info at the top of our pages. Thanks in advance?
I have an fi-6125, the installation cd has v1.8 of scandall pro. im trying to install this on a win7 system, 64bit. it installs fine but when i try to use it, it tells me it cannot find a scanner when i try to go to scan settings. I may have had the scanner connected by usb while installing, ill try again tomottow, but does anyone else know if the issue could be with the version of software conflicting with the OS?

I found the solution for Win 10 thanks to Fujitsu Support. Download TWAIN Driver V9.21.1600 and ScanAllPro 2.10 from the next link www.fujitsu.com/global/support/products/computing/peripheral/scanners/fi/software/fi-6x30.html
