Fingers crossed they found her blanket! My heart hurts for her and you. We have been there..lost a Pua lovey at magic kingdom. Our little girl was devastated (she got it on her first trip and this happened 2 years later). We were very blessed and were *pixie dusted* with a new one from a cast member. Cast members really are the best.
Yes a great idea! She had an extra at home but we didn’t take it with us. Learned our lesson that time!! It was so sweet..we just went in and asked if anyone had turned it in. We knew a general area where we lost it. When the cast member saw how upset she was she gave us a no strings attached certificate for a new one. Our daughter knew it was different bc it was fluffy and not “loved” ha but she still loved him. Made our trip for sure
Well I just watched Dean’s experience with the Hot Chicken for the third time- 😂 and had my husband watch it! We understand that hot experience- we hope he has recovered! (And I also watched the video again to see signs of Lucy’s blanket. I’m so sorry it’s lost.)
Awwww I know how you feel. Sorry she lost her blanket. We had a similar situation when we stayed at Paradise Pier Hotel. My son realized at the airport that he left his Nintendo Switch in the room (he played w/ it before bed and left it under covers) and we missed it when checking to make sure we packed everything. I called hotel and they asked housekeeping who cleaned room if they found it. They said no. I was so mad because we knew it never left the room that morning and it was pricey so I have never stayed there again. We now stay at Disneyland Hotel and they have always been wonderful!!
Oh Ashley I feel your pain! We lost William’s lovey in Disney world….he refused to leave it in the car….luckily it was something we bought in Disney the previous year so I just got a new one! ❤ he was fine with a new one but I miss the sad looking old one
Any update on Lucy’s blanket? The same thing happened to us the end of June at grand Californian…housekeeping got my sons lovey stuffed animal mixed in the sheets..:very very sad evening..:but luckily it was found the next morning before we checked out thanks to the incredible manager there who also comped us a night for what had happened
