Thanks for posting this! I've balked at paying an arm and a leg for a broach, and your device is vastly superior to what I've been making do with.

I sure appreciate that! After using it for a while, I’m definitely glad I made it. It’s more comfortable, and being able to change out the blades has made it more versatile.

@@Hathenbrucksteelworks Just watched your three parter on the integral hunter and figured you must have used this tool for the handle. I was going to make a broach like this down the road, but suddenly I need one right now, so thanks again for your instruction and taking the time to post this video.

I really dig this. Ive been planning to make one that accepts jigsaw blades like this, but, i like your design alot better than my own. Nice video!

Hey I appreciate that. It’s nice to have options when it comes to blade choice.

What is the saw you used in this video to cut a slot in the rod?

Thank you! It’s just my Metabo 6” angle grinder with a cutoff wheel.

@@Hathenbrucksteelworks thanks for your answer, but l actually meant the saw you used just before moving to the angle grinder

ahhh. Sorry about that. That is a Harbor Freight portaband in a wall mounted frame that I made for it. I think I did a video, but didn't go into too much detail about the mount.
