SOLO IN LISBON, PORTUGAL | remote work, the perfect $55/night Airbnb, coffee shops, and orange wine

After seeing flights for less than $400 round-trip and nonstop to Lisbon from NYC, I knew I had to book them. Fast forward 3 months later - I'm on my way to Lisbon! This is my first time in Portugal and I can't believe it's less than a 7 hour flight from NYC. I decided to go solo and also work two days out of the time I was there.
