      How long will they last 10 to 15 years and more fossil fuels to build more, salt water corrosion will destroy metal very quickly most wind turbines at sea never last more than 20 years 15 is the best most can give, then land fill and more fossil fuels to make more 240,000 tons of C02 for one 80 meter wind mill.

    Sweet no more problems with storms and wind mills. And foot steps to power is so innovative. Genius.

    Very good idea. I'd propose adding an auto-height-adjustment feature to keep the turbine blades always at the optimal height relative to the sea surface by making the poles adjustable with telescoping parts where the upper part is buoyant.

    Its wonderful the physical design was cognizant of the marine life. What about the electricity itself? Sharks are certainly highly sensitive to electrical impulses, I wonder if this was a consideration? A good direction nonetheless.

  • @anilkumarsharma1205

    if Japan's government use siphon and inverted siphon then it's become a very good source for electricity production forever
    let me explain it
    use a long tubes which are equips with turbine made with magnetic materials and wrapped around with coil of copper wire so when the weather or water going to change the turbine easily turned and produced enough energy

  • @sonicyouth788
    @sonicyouth788 5 лет назад

    it's proven costly high maintenance because it will receive high amount of impact from the wave...different from wind turbine where it receive low impact from the wind flow

Fifth high ground sand pebbles and clean sand. First generation regrowth to second and third is the best plants and food. Esupply exhaust.

    I think this is a bunch of hype. It hard to make small turbines cost effective, even if you have lots of them. Plus their half scale model is going to power LEDs? At half scale it should power something that actually uses some power. I can power LEDs with something the size of a kids pinwheel. Additionally most wave motion isn't horizontal, (the wave propagates horizontally, but the water itself moves up and down.)
